INTRODUCTION

Cancun is the sun worshiper's capital of the Mexican resorts and is located on the east coast of the Yucatan Peninsula. A wide range of water activities is there for your choosing. Snorkel through the coral reef, observe the multi-colored fish or, if you prefer, take a leisurely stroll on the fine white sand beach with its natural caves. A visit to the nearby Mayan ruins of Chichén Itza and Tulum is highly recommended. Accommodations to suit most budgets can be found here in Cancun, from deluxe hotel suites of international reputation or more modest accommodations. Make sure to participate in the exciting nightlife in clubs, bars and Mexican fiestas.
