High Intensity Training

Keep up your exercise routine and improve your physical condition with muscle building and cardio classes. Focus on the core muscles with the exercises in the Core Training session. If you like to push your limits, especially in cardio, join the Circuit Training course.

Training Soft

Gentle ways to take care of yourself. In the morning, activate your body with a muscle wake-up session. Work your deep muscles with Pilates. To finish the day, find some calm with a little stretching.

Fauna & Flora hikes

Spot a marmot or an ibex, look for an edelweiss to examine or understand the topography of the area are all challenges to be met during a hike. Your guide, who knows the areas intimately, will help you discover the mountain as it should be.

Lakes & Waterfalls hikes

Follow a river, reach a waterfall, stroll around a high-altitude lake... a few of the many objectives for invigorating hikes. Nature reveals itself in spectacular fashion with every step as you pass around a bend in the path or reach the top of a slope.

Local culture & hiking

The heritage of the mountain villages is infinitely rich when it comes to culture, handicrafts and local flavours. From cheese making to wood carving, to the history and architecture of the area... your guide will share their knowledge and culture with you as you walk.

Well-being hikes

Combine walking and yoga, learn the benefits of medicinal plants of the mountain and meditate in the heart of a larch forest on wellness hikes that are both invigorating and purifying. Walks are a great way to reconnect with the elements and with yourself.

New fun activities

Mini Club Med + adds new activities offering fun, cooperation and adventure. It's all go for:
- Super pilot: a challenge where kids learn self-confidence, guided along a pathway with their eyes blindfolded
- Let's roll! : where team spirit wins by moving balls and crossing the finishing line
- Zen tales: time for a break! Children learn to relax, through a clever mix of stories and yoga poses.
Ninja bootcamp, Nature detective, Hero's parade... and lots of other activities to be explored on site. These activities are designed for different age groups, fill the days and support children in discovering their strengths, with group games and fun for all.

An introduction to the Electrically-Assisted Bike (EAB)

We offer you a free introduction to Electrically-Assisted Cycling during your stay. Try out this new activity with this introductory session offered in and around the Resort.

Want to enjoy the mountains more? The hiking program is enriched thanks to the My Club Med Guide app which offers walks to be done independently.
- Download the My Club Med Guide app. Select your hike and download it to enjoy offline guiding in perfect autonomy.
- For all ages and all physical conditions, the range of walks is wide and adapted to your needs: families with young children are welcome!
- Walk while discovering the fauna and flora thanks to quizzes and admire the most beautiful panoramas of the area.
- Consult the G.0® on the spot, they give you good advices to help you use this new app and choose the hike that suits you.

Family show time

Sit back and enjoy the show: your children are about to take to the stage. Depending on the Resort, there might be dancing, singing, circus acts and more. Your little ones take centre stage, costumed and directed by their G.Os. When the crowd applauds, you can feel the pride in the room.

Nordic Walking

Ready for a fast-paced ramble? Learn to power walk as you lengthen your stride and eat up the miles with poles in hand. The pace is steady and rhythmic, giving you time to contemplate the scenery calmly.

Pool free access

The Resort pool are there for you to use all day long. Whether it's a place of calm solitude for a relaxing morning swim or ringing with laughter as you splash about with loved ones, there are so many ways to enjoy the pool.

Weights and cardio-training room

A new generation fitness room for training and rehabilitation, featuring contemporary design and equipment.
The room has a "Planet Fitness Club Cinema Virtual Zone" with screen and TRX workout programmes and equipment.

Petanque (boules)

Observe, strategize and aim for fun. Grab your family or friends and treat yourselves to a round of this Provençal version of bowls. Whether you shoot with your feet together or planted firmly apart, work on your technique to chase away the opponent. You can practically hear the cicadas in your head.

Accompanied rides mountain biking

If you love nature, pedal your way to adventure. Hop in the saddle to explore the area on two wheels with your friends or family. Choose a fast or leisurely pace and enjoy a change of scenery on a guided ride over cross-country trails or downhill tracks.

Downhill Mountain Biking

Descend the trails on a mountain bike, learning to control your speed, turns and drops. Downhill mountain biking is a thrilling sport to enjoy in the heart of nature. The ascent is aided by the use of ski lifts. Once at the bottom, you can admire the path you have just travelled and slopes descended.

Show time

Enter stage left: it's time to create and rehearse their own show. Fun with friends is a great way to develop new talents.

LES MILLS™ Yoga

Loosen up with simple, gentle movements. This class inspired by Yoga with elements of Tai Chi and Pilates is for everyone. Breathing is at the heart of this practice with a Zen musical background.

Thanks to the Club Med Baby Welcome Kit, carefree travel with your baby. Equipped with everything necessary for the wellbeing of your little one: reserved in advance without additional costs, childcare material for children aged from 0 to 23 months awaits you in your room on arrival. Also, on request, take advantage of the loan of a pushchair.

AQUADYNAMIC™

Build endurance and tone assisted by the lift and resistance of the water. The dynamic exercises are guided by music in a fun atmosphere.

Trail

Running over mountain trails, a great way to discover the mountains, sporty and scenic at the same time.
For practicing this sport, a minimum number of participants is required.

Fun outings

4 to 10 year olds love to play explorers. Alongside other young adventurers, they follow their guide* on themed walks in the great outdoors. Step by step, at their own pace, they have fun discovering nature's secrets.

Horseshoe cirque

A well-kept secret lies at the bottom of the Giffre Valley. Venture beyond Sixt-Fer-à-Cheval, the last village, to enjoy a family walk with breathtaking views on the largest glacial cirque in the Alps. Towering up to 2,000 metres high, around 30 waterfalls appear along these spectacular semicircular cliffs while the ice is melting.

Sunset at Skyline

At dusk, the sun sets the sky alight before vanishing behind the Monts Jura. From the Skyline Gourmet Lounge's panoramic terrace, sunset is the perfect time to admire this pristine valley and its summits. In the evening, hear the gentle chiming of the herds on their way down the pasture.

Wakeboard in the mountains

Who said we could not combine mountain holidays with watersports pleasures ? Here, we also swim... in the mountains! Teens will love learning to wakeboard at a watersports centre on the banks of the Arve Alpine river. On demand, this half-day of aquatic adventures will blow them away.
