New Chill Pass Club Med activities

The Chill Pass offers new activities for 14-17 year olds in addition to the usual Club Med classics. So we're kicking off with a programme that respects everyone's preferences and personalities:
- Games to get to know each other better and encourage group bonding
- Mobile lounge areas to hang out, play and connect anywhere in the Resort
- An escape game to foster team spirit
- Exclusive evenings just for them to enjoy and make every night a celebration
- Collective choreographies to dance, perform, and shine together
- Sports to challenge themselves or just for fun
- Tailor-made excursions to explore and carve out unforgettable experiences together

High Intensity Training

Keep up your exercise routine and improve your physical condition with muscle building and cardio classes. Focus on the core muscles with the exercises in the Core Training session. If you like to push your limits, especially in cardio, join the Circuit Training course.

Low-density Training

Gentle ways to take care of yourself. In the morning, activate your body with a muscle wake-up session. Work your deep muscles with Pilates. To finish the day, find some calm with a little stretching.

New fun activities

Mini Club Med + adds new activities offering fun, cooperation and adventure. It's all go for:
- Super pilot: a challenge where kids learn self-confidence, guided along a pathway with their eyes blindfolded
- Let's roll! : where team spirit wins by moving balls and crossing the finishing line
- Zen tales: time for a break! Children learn to relax, through a clever mix of stories and yoga poses.
Ninja bootcamp, Nature detective, Hero's parade... and lots of other activities to be explored on site. These activities are designed for different age groups, fill the days and support children in discovering their strengths, with group games and fun for all.

New activities at Teens Club Med

The Teens Club Med is introducing new activities tailored to 11-13 year-olds, because we like to break with routine regularly! Here's a small selection of what's in store for teenagers, in addition to the sports activities on offer:
- New games to foster group bonding
- Twisted sports, to rediscover them in unexpected ways !
- Outdoor olympics to get a fill of thrills and help each other
- Arts-and-crafts workshops to unleash their inner artist and let creativity soar
- Latest dance trends to take centre stage, show off skills and create unforgettable memories !

Archery group classes

All levels
Beginners, intermediate or experts initiate or perfect themselves in this sport every day (6 days out of 7).
Special courses are organised to improve a movement. There is also a weekly tournament.
The equipment is for all levels, the site is adapted for experts.

Initiation
Discover this sport through daily collective and simple lessons, with adapted equipment and themed special courses. A weekly tournament is organised to create convivial moments.

Circus Group lessons

Discover this unique space of the Circus School by Club Med.
Vast choice of recreational acrobatic and artistic activities inspired by the circus, including flying trapeze, high bungee, aerial silk, tightrope, trampoline, juggling, percussion and dance under the watchful eye of Gentil Circassiens who will help you acquire new skills or achieve things you would only dreamed of.

Sailing group lessons

Group lessons 6 days a week, to ensure all participants make good progress and master their movements.

Tennis group lessons

Game, set and match: discover the ins and outs of tennis!

Golf group lessons

Learn at your own pace and understand the secrets of the technical side of golf.
Every morning, 3 lessons of 1 hour are offered according to your level (beginner, intermediate and advance).

Looking forward to a quiet dinner with your partner or with friends ? You can entrust them to our experienced G.O. They will have a dinner and be able to take part in fun activities, while you enjoy your meal in peace.

Bachata dance class

Bachata was originally romantic music of the Dominican Republic, played by several guitars (three or four), accompanied by percussion (bongo, maracas, guiro) and a bass.

Since 1999, the Spanish started to dance the bachata (which resembles the salsa)...followed by other nationalities!

Merengué dance class

Today the Merengue is often associated to salsa because numerous salsa movements are more easily made in Merengue. People dance the Merengue more or less all over the American continent and in the West of Europe.

The Merengue has existed in Haiti and the Dominican Republic since the middle of the 18th century. One of the characteristics of this dance is the very pronounced movement of the hips.

Snacks, pancake parties, baking workshops or picnics: these tasty activities* are a great way to savour time as a family. Treat yourself with your nearest and dearest. What's on the menu? Great food, of course, plus extra helpings of laughter, happiness and fun.

Puzzles, sports tournaments, treasure hunts, sand castle competitions and skill and logic games.* Playing together brings you closer. Team up with your children and compete against other families. Enjoy time with your nearest and dearest.

Family water fun

Next to the swimming pool or the sea, on the sand or with your feet dangling in the water, splash happily with your family. Pool parties, foam parties, beach parties, slip and slide and water fights: cool off and dive into a world of joy.

Family show time

Sit back and enjoy the show: your children are about to take to the stage. Depending on the Resort, there might be dancing, singing, circus acts and more. Your little ones take centre stage, costumed and directed by their G.Os. When the crowd applauds, you can feel the pride in the room.

Free access to pickle ball courts

Take advantage of your holidays to discover or rediscover this racket sport. Have fun as a couple or with your family or challenge each other to an impromptu match for maximum fun and pleasure.

Water polo

Dive in and elbow your way into position to angle the ball into the floating net. With splashes and shouts of encouragement and joy, the water comes to life with your jumps, passes and shots on goal. The pool becomes a playing field for fun, energetic games.

Zumbatomic

Your children can dance their way to fitness. This activity combines exercises with hip hop, salsa and reggaeton steps. Children have fun, move and blow off steam to the beat of their favorite music.

Show time

Enter stage left: it's time to create and rehearse their own show. Fun with friends is a great way to develop new talents.

Kayak

The seductive power of the water invites you to discovery. It is so hard to take your eyes off it and yet so easy to slide over its surface. Paddle in hand, with friends or on your own, float and fly like a nautical adventurer in search of escape and new sensations

Creative workshops

Sensory activities for tiny tots, and coloring or hands-on activities for older children.

Early learning

Children can learn using educational toys and sensory activities like painting and music games. Each child develops and grows at their own pace.

Walks

A walk is a chance to get lots of fresh air, and to fall in love with the hidden wonders of nature. Your children will love playing explorers with their friends.

This activity is not supervised by GOs (no lessons),however, weekly tournaments may be organized.

Thanks to the Club Med Baby Welcome Kit, carefree travel with your baby. Equipped with everything necessary for the wellbeing of your little one: reserved in advance without additional costs, childcare material for children aged from 0 to 23 months awaits you in your room on arrival. Also, on request, take advantage of the loan of a pushchair.

Facilitate your arrival

Register your children's details online: language spoken, parent's telephone number and so on.
Then when they arrive, they can meet their G.Os and start having fun straight away! Everything is taken care of, so you can relax into your holidays.

Stand Up Paddleboarding

Stand Up Paddle boarding is done in the sea, close to the shore. The paddle boarder stands on a large surfboard and paddles, the difficulty being to keep your balance (originally the paddle boarder used his arms like a surfer).


For information: at Punta Cana, the Discovery center also has a Stand Up Paddle boarding excursion, at extra cost.

Aquafitness

Smoothly follow a series of exercises in the pool with this aquafitness course. Your lightness in the water allows you to perform fluid and tonic movements rhythmically to music.

Table tennis

Choose singles or doubles, smash contests or a relay where everyone takes a turn with a paddle. Open up to the possibilities of the game and enjoy yourself. The noise of the tiny bouncing ball is a great beat to accompany your games with family or friends.

Basketball

Play like a pro! Use your holiday time to learn to dribble, perfect your three-point shot and, most importantly, have a good time. Improve your accuracy and connect with your team mates to win games.

Beach volleyball

Your beach holiday is a wonderful time to discover this entertaining sport. Set the ball, play the net or smash to your heart's content. This beach sport is a guaranteed work-out in the sun. Go for it! It is a great opportunity to learn to make sand dives.
