Keep up your exercise routine and improve your physical condition with muscle building and cardio classes. Focus on the core muscles with the exercises in the Core Training session. If you like to push your limits, especially in cardio, join the Circuit Training course.

Gentle ways to take care of yourself. In the morning, activate your body with a muscle wake-up session. Work your deep muscles with Pilates. To finish the day, find some calm with a little stretching.

SIA Instructors accompany the youngest in their learning to ski year after year. From snowplough to first tricks, progress is always rewarded with iconic medals. The children are divided into groups of a similar level.

Younger learners progress quickly under the supervision of certified instructors. In small groups by skill level, they learn, progress and quickly start to enjoy themselves. The aim? To become an "Izzy Rider"!

Looking for new boarding sensations? Snowboarding is both a sport and a way of life. Learn with certified instructors who are specialists in the discipline, and make fast progress in small groups with the same skill level. Mix and match your activities depending on the weather conditions and the area. Freeride, freestyle, jumps, powder... you can snowboard in complete freedom.

Sit back and enjoy the show: your children are about to take to the stage. Depending on the Resort, there might be dancing, singing, circus acts and more. Your little ones take centre stage, costumed and directed by their G.Os. When the crowd applauds, you can feel the pride in the room.

A course for every level of skill. From ski learning to slalom, the instructor will give you technical advice and help you explore the ski area. You'll be in a group with a similar skill level, so you can enjoy the mountains and skiing to the full.

Experience the charm of winter in Hokkaido with a bus tour to Sapporo Snow Festival, one of Japan’s most iconic seasonal events. Marvel at enormous snow and ice creations, wander through sparkling displays, and enjoy free time to soak up the festive atmosphere filled with music, lights and local treats. The tour is available only on February 4, 6, 8, and 10, 2026. Please note that the tour is subject to cancellation and a full refund if the minimum required group size of 12 participants is not reached 10 days prior to the departure date.

The journey begins with a visit to Nikka Whisky's Yoichi distillery, known for its award-winning single malt whiskies. There, guests can explore original stone buildings and learn about the whisky-making process on a self-guided tour. The journey continues to Tenguyama, offering panoramic views of Otaru, the Sea of Japan, and one of Hokkaido's three major night views, with a Michelin-starred observation deck. Finally, guests can enjoy shopping or strolling in Otaru before returning to the resort.
