Itinerary:
Flight to San Francisco. Check-in at hotel.
Morning | Start your day with a visit to the Golden Gate Bridge. You can walk or rent a bike to cross the bridge and enjoy the spectacular views.
After crossing the Golden Gate Bridge, head to Sausalito, a charming seaside town, for lunch in one of its quaint restaurants.
Afternoon | Return to San Francisco by ferry from Sausalito. Explore Fisherman’s Wharf and visit Pier 39 to see the sea lions.
Evening | Dine in the Fisherman’s Wharf district, which offers a variety of restaurants. End your day by strolling along the waterfront and admiring the views over the bay.
Morning | Start the day with a visit to Chinatown. Explore the stores, markets and temples. Head to nearby North Beach, San Francisco’s “Little Italy”, for lunch in an Italian trattoria or café.
Afternoon | Take a ferry to visit Alcatraz Island. Be sure to book your tickets in advance for this popular tour.
Evening | Dine out in the North Beach district, which boasts many Italian and international restaurants. Afterwards, explore Castro, San Francisco’s iconic LGBTQ+ neighborhood.
Morning | Start the day with a visit to the Haight-Ashbury neighborhood, famous for its role in the 1960s hippie movement. Explore vintage boutiques and psychedelic murals. Dine in a Haight-Ashbury café or restaurant.
Afternoon | Visit the Palace of Fine Arts, a magnificent neoclassical building. Then head to Crissy Field for a relaxing stroll along the coast.
