What better way to start your first SUP trip in the Magdalen Islands than in a beautiful little bay sheltered from the current. In this lagoon, you can do your SUP outing while admiring the beautiful colored houses in the distance. Its shallow waters and sandy bottom will make you feel confident.

Second SUP trip: Gros Cap Park and SUP in the caves
For the adventurous who want to walk along the high rock walls and also have the opportunity to walk in the caves, this trip to Gros Cap Park is sure to please! *Note that the current can be stronger at this location.
