This summer, it’s an incredible opportunity to be among the first passengers aboard a hydrogen train in North America. The very first green hydrogen train will run between Quebec City and Charlevoix on the Train de Charlevoix network. As part of a 3-month pilot project with Alstom, the Quebec government is injecting $3 million into the project. Although the train will only run during the summer, this pilot project is part of the plans to make Quebec a world leader in green energy and to reach carbon neutrality by 2050. Here are a few informations that are necessary to know for your coach travel :
- The vaccination passport will be requested at boarding only for our departures to the United States. You will be required to show your passport and required documents before boarding or you will not be able to enter the coach bus.
- You may eat and drink on the bus;
- You may use the restroom on the bus;
- Seat assignment for all passengers for the duration of the stay;

In a North American first, board the new revolutionary “zero emission” hydrogen train and travel along the majestic St. Lawrence River from the Chute-Montmorency station to Baie-Saint-Paul, a unique novelty of its kind. Dynamic screens with continuous information on board.
