In the tyre tracks of the greatest champions, road-biking fans can tackle these stunning landscapes and differences in height. The different groups, from those who are new to mountain biking to the more experienced and expert, enjoy outings accompanied by qualified G.O®, which take the form of walks or mountain stages. Material available during the outings: Road bikes for men and women, brand SCOTT model Addict 30, time Huez 21 with automatic pedal and shoes. The bikes are equipped with a water bottle holder (personal water bottle to bring).

Keep up your exercise routine and improve your physical condition with muscle building and cardio classes. Focus on the core muscles with the exercises in the Core Training session. If you like to push your limits, especially in cardio, join the Circuit Training course.

Gentle ways to take care of yourself. In the morning, activate your body with a muscle wake-up session. Work your deep muscles with Pilates. To finish the day, find some calm with a little stretching.

Spot a marmot or an ibex, look for an edelweiss to examine or understand the topography of the area are all challenges to be met during a hike. Your guide, who knows the areas intimately, will help you discover the mountain as it should be.
