Second stay

Just returned from our second stay. First time was at Aguamarina, second time was at Jade, both times with kids (the first time the kids were 9 and 11, this second time 11 and 13). Loved: the service, the spa, the activities (major shout out to Magali's morning advanced yoga class and sunset yoga class; she's fantastic), the little Club Med extras like the beach parties and festive moments, and the teen club. Only slightly off note was the rooms at Jade, which were nice but definitely were showing their age (some rust, chipped paint, etc.). A great overall experience--the most relaxed I've been in a long time.

Spring Break 2025

Can't recommend Chava at the tween club any more highly. He was incredible and really made it special for the kids. We were in the Jade rooms, and the room was fairly dingy, including some mold in the bathroom and a lot of dirt behind all the sliding doors in the room. The staff is really incredible and went above and beyond. Don't eat at La Estancia. It took more than an hour to get entrees (in what seemed to be a half-full restaurant) and the food was barely edible. Stick to the buffet, which is lovely.

Mary Gerente arranged a fantastic stay for us. The grounds are beautiful and well kept.the food was great. The location was perfect, and the emerald sea is unlike anyplace else on earth. There is also a great place for snorkeling right beside the hotel. Great experience on every level!

Great activities, great beach, pretty good food

Club Med Cancún was a great experience for my partner and I. We don’t have kids, but love the fitness and activities that club med offers. The pickleball program was great. I was able to find people around my level (4.0) to hit with for hours each day. And the tournaments they plan are fun. The beach is solid, you can almost always find a chair and some shade if you want it. The food was very good for an all inclusive. I gained 5lbs on the trip!
