Important information

An international driver’s licence is suggested.

The package price is based on a car rental with Sixt (CWAR), including Collision Damage and Theft insurance with a deductible that can be up to approximately €2,900. However, this amount is later reimbursed (deductible buyback). A security deposit of around €500 is also required upon pickup. The customer will have to pay a surcharge if it turns out that there is no more availability with this company at the time of booking.

Seat selection is not permitted for this group for the flight inventory. It can be done on the Sata Airlines website up to 48 hours before departure with applicable rates.

The package price is subject to change according to availability and depending on the fluctuation of the Euro rate at the time of booking.

Minimum of 20 passengers required to confirm the departure of this group with a group leader. If the minimum number of passengers has not been reached by the deadline allowed on the file, a full cash refund or a credit applicable to another trip will be offered to those who have already confirmed, at their convenience.

Introduction of Mandatory ETIAS Permit for Travels to Europe

Starting at the end of 2026, every Canadian traveler planning to visit Europe will be required to possess an ETIAS permit. This is the European Travel Information and Authorization System, implemented by the European Union.

Please note that this permit costs 7 euros per person, and the process can take up to 30 days for approval.

It is also mandatory to have a passport that remains valid for at least 3 months after your departure date from Europe. Without this, entry at the European border will be denied.
