Amazing Club Med hospitality
An amazing experience from Club Med Kiroro Peak, we travelled in the middle of April as the season was close to ending yet still received incredible personal attention from GM Haily, Winter and Eddy in the restaurant, Tong and Samit in the bar who played pool and table tennis with our kids. But also Jay, Phil, Noor, Eddie, Rachel, Ahmed. Special mention to Gabriel, Energia! and Naz our ski instructor. Food and service couldn’t have been better. Lots of fun. Thanks!

Perfect ski holiday
We stayed at Club Med Kiroro Peak for a week and had the most relaxed & easy ski holiday, for both skier and non-skiers! Firstly we were lucky with the snow, we were there first week of April which was literally the last week of good snow and all the lifts were still open. Kiroro itself is not big in terms of ski resort, although the comfort & convenience of Club Med Kiroro Peak more than makes up for that. But it is really the people that made our stay special: a big thank you to Chef Ahmed Asin and Rolyn for looking after us so well. Knowing that I am gluten free Rolyn went out of her way to prepare beautiful GF foods and desserts for me! Amy - one of the cooks at the restaurant looked out for me and made sure all the mains i ate was totally safe. Edi the server at the restaurant looked after our table with extra attention & care. Raditto at the lobby was so kind and helpful, and always up for a nice chat. Dicky the housekeeping mngr was very attentive to our needs with regards to the room - we had a deluxe family room which was very spacious and perfect for us 2 parents + a 13 yo. GM Hailey is always there to check on everything and everyone, she has been called the life of the party which is totally fitting and she makes sure everyone has a great time. I also really enjoyed ski lessons - Tom & Ambrose are both great ski instructors, their pointers really helped improve my skiing. All in all it was a great holiday and we cant wait to go back next season.

Written by: Desi T - Jakarta, Indonesia - May 4, 2024Best Snow Holiday Experience
This is by far our best snow holiday experience! 6 days & 5 nights felt too fast, as we really had a fantastic time. We included the bus transfers in our booking - and we met their Ski Director, Yutaro, while we were on the bus going to the resort. He was such a nice guy- he helped my father to walk & get down the bus once we arrived at the resort. Yutaro also joined us for dinner & shared a bit of his ski journey with us. Marina is the one who welcomed us upon our arrival. She is friendly & she showed to us the facilities, and also brought us to the ski shop to try our ski shoes & helmets. She was very welcoming & every time we see each other in the resort, she made sure to greet us & asked us how we were. There’s also one Japanese guy (we forgot his name) who was really nice, helping us with our ski shoes & helmet fitting. He also helped us with our ski trekking shoes & he made sure we were comfortable. On our first night, we met this Malaysian guy- his name is Eddy. He gave us the best food service & he is very helpful to my family. He also offered to serve some drinks & food to my dad, so he can just sit down & enjoy his food. There is another Malaysian guy, Tong, he is the bartender & he also helped in the restaurant during peak hours. And whenever guests need another a helping hand, he’d be there. He also helped us to wear our ski shoes & talked to the ski instructor for our private lesson. We also met Haily, she is the GM of the resort. She would check all guests if they are comfortable, and if everything was good. We’ve been to other Club Meds before, but she is the most involved & present at all times. She’s also life of the party- she made the evening shows & entertainments lively & enjoyable - yet being so respectful to everyone. We enjoyed our ski trekking; thanks to Milk & Eloise. They told us there are some wild animals in the mountains that we may see, like fox & deers. They showed us their foot prints. Milk also took nice photos of me & my wife during the trekking. There’s also this guy, his name is Eddie- he is such a good dancer & very welcoming to guests. I believe this is why Club Med is special. Everyone there is friendly, charming, and they always made sure all guests are having a good time & having the best experience while they are in the resort - it’s like you’ll feel at home while being away from your home. There are so many activities you can do & they put so much effort to their evening shows - which is very entertaining & funny. It’s captivating to say the least. You don’t need to worry about the language barrier, as everyone can speak fluent English. They also have employees who speak other native languages, such as Mandarin & Japanese. Their staff are diverse, with different nationalities. Diversity is truly their strength. The food & drinks are all chef’s kiss. They serve both Asian & Western & there were many varieties. Even their snacks are delicious. They also had this mini BBQ party where people ski, so you can have some snacks while skiing / snowboarding. Their service is top-notch. Club Med Kiroro Peak set the standard so high & you’ll look forward to more holidays in Club Med.

A great hotel with wonderful atmosphere
We had such a fun time at the Kiroro Peak hotel. Hailey is a great manager and has a great team. Eddie was so helpful (even helping put my son’s ski boots on in the ski boot room) and Gabriel made us constantly laugh with the fun evening entertainment. The food at the buffet was extremely good and there was such good variety. The resort was ski in and ski out and the instructors very helpful. Highly recommend.
