Fantastic Stay
Fantastic stay! The GOs were proactive yet not intrusive, and the constant cleaning in public areas was impressive.I loved the live jazz music and the mini al fresco BBQ at noon. Issues were fixed super quickly. Excellent ESF instructors. Highly recommended — very enjoyable overall!

Can’t wait to return
We had a lovely stay at the resort. The GM was supremely friendly and kept everyone energised. From the seamless late night check-in to the warm goodbye, our stay was fabulous. Special thanks to Romain, Teo and Aneek. Great ski instructors, with so much patience. The reception staff were warm and friendly and went out of their way to make a birthday in our party special. Only request would be for clearer itinerary for the teens club, so we can promote it to them better. The laser quest was a highlight. Our only negative was when the teens were mixed with adults in the lessons. The female adults weren’t particularly nice to them and it put them off returning to the lessons. Out of the instructors hands, but maybe more consideration should be given to mixing cautious older skiers with fun teens. Fortunately they are strong enough skiers and enjoyed time with the parents skiing instead.

Nice hotel
Friendly chief, food theme in the restaurant interesting. Waiting staff very attentive. Reception staff could be better trained. ESF was more like a ski guide service.

Run like a Well Oiled Shp
I went to Cub Med with an open mind of not to expect too much. But I was very impressed with everythingfrom the greeting on arrival, and ski equipment ready in your locker to the food every day. The Manager was amazing and as such his staff too were excellent. Would definately return.

Great trip
Apart from a problematic transfer to the hotel we had a great trip and the Club Med team did a fantastic job. The hotel is ideal for ski in ski out although the run back is not good for beginners and some intermediate skiers.
