TRANSFER FROM AIRPORT TO YOUR HOTEL

For customers who chose transfers

Upon your arrival, please refer to your voucher for the necessary information to get to your airport transfer company. You will find emergency phone numbers on your voucher.

LIFT TICKETS

If you stay at The Sutton Place Hotel, you will receive your ski tickets upon arrival at the hotel.

If you are staying elsewhere, you can scan the QR code from your cellphone at one of the two pick-up stations located outside the customer service area to get your RFID access card. In case of any issues, please go to the ticket counter inside.

We recommend that you pick up your ski tickets the day before (after 3 pm) your first day of skiing, so you won't have to wait in line on your first day of skiing.

IKON PASS HOLDER

If you hold an IKON pass, you will have direct access to the gondolas and lifts, and there is no need to go to the ticket office beforehand.

Haven’t received your IKON pass at home and you’re about to leave for skiing:

You can pick up your pass at the customer service center or the ticket office of any Ikon Pass resort in North America during opening hours (except for Cypress and RED Mountain). You will need your confirmation number and an ID.

If you pick up your pass on-site and then receive a physical pass by mail, the mailed pass will be canceled.

Currently, it is not possible to pick up your pass on-site at the following international resorts: Coronet Peak, The Remarkables, Mt Hutt, Thredbo, Mt Buller, Dolomiti Superski, Grandvalira Resorts Andorra, Arai Mountain Resort, Niseko United, Valle Nevado, Kitzbühel, Zermatt Matterhorn, St. Moritz, and Chamonix Mont-Blanc.

MOUNTAIN COLLECTIVE PASS HOLDER

If you hold a Mountain Collective pass, you will have direct access to the gondolas and ski lifts without needing to go to the ticket office first.

HELI-SKI SELKIRK TANGIERS

If you have booked one or more heli-ski days with Selkirk Tangiers, please review the following links before your arrival:

Additionally, if you are staying at the Sutton Place Hotel, please make sure to contact our reservations team to book our complimentary shuttle.

If you are staying at Coast Hillcrest Resort but plan to arrive after 5:30 pm on the day before your heliskiing day and will not be able to attend the scheduled introduction session at 6:00 pm, please inform Selkirk Tangiers.
