Everyone has a destination that brings back fond memories—for me, that particular destination is Les Menuires.
I was seriously impressed by this spectacular resort, not to mention the colossal ski area of Les 3 Vallées (the biggest in the world). What probably impressed me the most was the fact that you can access over 600 km of runs from Les Menuires, and that’s without even counting the off-piste areas. You can head towards Méribel, Les Menuires, Saint-Martin de Belleville, Val Thorens or Brides-les-Bains, to name just a few. But, as fabulous as the skiing was during my vacation there, the most unforgettable memory I have is finding myself smack in the middle of a mountainous amphitheatre, inside a tiny stone cabin savouring an extraordinary goulash served to us by the innkeeper.
So, if making unforgettable memories is part of your vacation plan, visit Les Menuires. You won’t regret it!
