Club Med’s first North American Mountain Resort, where sea and mountains meet, is located in the Charlevoix Region in Québec. The resort offers a ski experience that will impress even the most experienced skiers. Architecturally designed with a contemporary and traditional Canadian style, our Resort is perched in the heart of the region, immersed in the unspoiled natural landscape with amazing views of the St. Lawrence River. A wide array of activities are offered year-round to experience the region’s ever-changing landscape, with each season with trails for skiing in the winter and hiking in the summer.

ADULTS LESSONS:
– Level 1 – Ski initiation : Never Skied Before or is not yet able to stop with confidence on a gentle slope.
– Level 2 – Novice : Learning to turn in control on gentle slopes. May progress to chairlifts and other easy green runs.
– Level 3 – Comfortable novice : Can link strong snowplow turns or wide stance parallel on green runs. Has experience riding chairlifts (while skiing).
– Level 4 – Intermediate : Able to ski parallel turns with pole plant. Can ski most blue runs, more advanced blues remain a challenge.
– Level 5 – Advanced: Able to ski strong parallel turns with a pole plant on all blue runs and easy black runs. Learning, short turns, off piste, moguls, powder and more difficult area.*
– Level 6 – Expert: Enjoy the challenge of skiing in control in all conditions and terrain and want to refine these skills.KIDS LESSONS:

– Performance 1 – Advanced: Able to ski strong parallel turns with a pole plant on all blue runs and easy black runs. Learning, short turns, off piste, moguls, powder and more difficult terrain.
– Performance 2 – Expert: Enjoy the challenge of skiing in control in all conditions and terrain and want to refine these skills. -

– Level 1 – Beginner: First time snowboarder. I am learning how to stop by using a slide slip on my toe and heel edge. I am learning to change direction.
– Level 2 – Novice: I can side slip and stop easily on both edges of my board. I am learning to link turns on green terrain.
– Level 3 – Intermediate: I can link turns on green and easy blue runs. I am ready to try black runs across the mountain.
– Level 4 – Advance : I am comfortable riding on black terrain, I can carve turns, ride bumps, powder and trees. I experiment with freestyle riding.KIDS LESSONS:
– Level 1 – Beginner: First time snowboarder. I am learning how to stop by using a slide slip on my toe and heel edge. I am learning to change direction.
– Level 2 – Novice: I can side slip and stop easily on both edges of my board. I am learning to link turns on green terrain.

You climb aboard a caterpillar track vehicle equipped with your sledge. After an essential briefing, you head off on a track of more than 7.5 km through the pine trees!!! You need to control your speed and optimise the bends for even more thrills and spills.
