Julio from sailing amazing instructor, educated Knowledgeable extremely patient I wasn’t able to make it to the morning lessons for sailing due to excursions but got a one and one lesson Due to it being slow, he was so patient and making sure that I felt comfortable when handling the sailing boat. Every question I had always answered it to the best of his knowledge and always gave me different options or alternative ways to handle the sailing boat. very grateful to have experienced a lesson from him on one-on-one. Dream solo trip

My stay at Club Med Cancún was a very meaningful experience, especially because it was my first time traveling alone. When I first arrived, I unfortunately had to change rooms due to a strong smell of humidity and some mold. I paid an extra fee to move to a room in the Aguamarina building, and I absolutely did not regret it. The room was clean, modern, and had an incredible ocean view. It completely changed the start of my stay. I also went on several excursions, including Isla Mujeres as well as Chichen Itza and Valladolid, which I highly recommend. What truly made this stay unforgettable, however, were the human connections. On Saturday evening, Max came to talk to me after noticing that I was alone. I really appreciated this gesture because I was a bit nervous about approaching people myself. We had drinks and dinner together, talked a lot, and laughed a lot. Max is extremely kind and caring, and he clearly became my favorite GO. He later invited me to join him at the sailing area, where I met the rest of the team: Obed, William, Sarah, Paulo, and Julio. Thanks to them, my first solo vacation turned into an amazing experience. I spent my days with them from Tuesday to Friday and felt completely integrated, almost like part of the sailing team. Max is serious and very attentive, Obed is extremely kind and supportive, William is the clown of the team, Sarah always has a smile on her face, Paulo manages the team while being funny and cheerful, and Julio is a discreet but very kind person. I truly recommend going to meet the sailing team. They always made an effort to include me, whether at lunch or dinner, and made me feel welcome and comfortable throughout my stay. As for the resort itself, the food was quite good and the atmosphere was amazing. There is a lot of dancing and laughter, and the overall vibe is very warm and friendly. It is a very family-oriented Club Med that I highly recommend, whether you are traveling with family or alone and looking for a truly human experience. I will keep unforgettable memories from this stay.

Taco arte

Very nice service, food and atmosphere at Taco Arte. Cristina was a very nice waitress. We would definitely recommend the coconut shrimp, quesabarrias and churros.

Wait until the construction is done!

We had a great time in the ocean and pool but otherwise we were sweating everywhere...85 degrees in our grandsons room while he was napping. No air in restaurants. Don't come in summer. Excellent service everywhere, those guys work really hard. But everything is spread out and you have to take shuttles everywhere or walk 3/4 mile which is hard with young ones and ocean toys. You also have to take boat to get to the trapeze and sports complex because of construction, I never waited less than 15 minutes for that. Shows at night were very warm because all of the construction barriers blocked the breeze, no air conditioning in restaurants and show areas. The rooms were warm...the lowest setting was 21.5 C (about70F) but I can assure you that it was never that cool. We were there the second week after construction started, I hope they will get more organized soon.Snorkeling right at the resort was good. Beware, they won't let any child under 10 go snorkeling or sailing with you. Our grandkids really enjoyed the water park, 1 pool, and ocean.
