RISE is a yoga retreat co-created by Joanie Tardif & Isabelle Kramer, born from the deep desire to offer a space to slow down, settle in, and reconnect with one’s inner truth. Through this experience, we guide you to regain clarity, elevate your energy, and realign with what makes you vibrate.

Each day is carefully constructed to help you release what weighs you down and make space for more lightness, strength, and presence. We combine different approaches — yoga, meditation, conscious breathing, and functional movement — to support a process that is both gentle, powerful, and transformative.

RISE is an invitation to fully settle in, reconnect with your essence, and leave with a sensation of grounding, expansion, and clarity.

Important information

The Mixto station is accessible only by boat. No road leads to the station.

Passengers must book an arrival flight landing no later than 4 p.m. and a departure flight starting from 12 p.m.

Any flight arriving after 4:30 p.m., whether according to the scheduled time or due to a delay or cancellation, will not be able to benefit from same-day transfer. Passengers will have to cover the cost of a night's accommodation in Puerto Vallarta and will be transferred to Mixto the next morning.

No transfer will be provided for arrivals after 4:30 p.m. or departures before 12 p.m.
