The experience was beautiful a very pleasant and peaceful place, perfect for coming with the family and having a relaxing vacation with endless activities. The food was very good and the service was excellent. I especially want to thank Natalia for her excellent service; she was always willing to help with a smile.

Amazing Club Med Vibe and Beautiful Surroundings
Been to Club Med about 20 times - this one lives up to our expectations. Excellent CDV, Patrizio, has energy to burn! His team, GOs and GEs, excellent (special mention to Martin for pumping up the Crazy Signs!). We stayed in main area (Pirée) and had a beautiful ocean view. The room was small but who cares as it’s only for sleeping! The new rooms in the pine forest look lovely - next time! The village really feels like a village and the property is gorgeous. Beautiful beach (yes, there were jellyfish) and beach bar. Zen pool so pretty. Great shows and super energy Crazy Signs each night (very important to me!). Padel and tennis courts nice. Would love to come back. Transfers from Athens were smooth and well-organized (yes, it’s long after a transatlantic flight).

I would like to share both the positives and negatives of our stay. What we loved: The location and the natural surroundings are absolutely beautiful, and the resort grounds are very well maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and the animation team kept the atmosphere lively. We especially enjoyed the wide range of sports activities — they were truly the highlight of our stay. The water sports team deserves special mention: they were extremely positive, supportive, and professional. I tried water skiing for the first time, and it was an unforgettable experience. The beach was excellent — clean, spacious, and perfect for relaxing. The food at the restaurant was, for the most part, very good. The meat, fish, and vegetables were tasty, and we really appreciated the variety. Coffee was only really good at the main bar, but that’s a small detail compared to everything else. What we didn’t like: Unfortunately, the accommodation was disappointing. The room had a musty smell, and the furniture did not have protective pads. This meant that whenever our upstairs neighbors moved chairs or bedside tables during the night, it was extremely loud and made it difficult to sleep (the floor is ceramic tile). Adding felt pads to the furniture would make a big difference. Ventilation in the bathroom doesn’t work but you have a small window that really helps. The most serious issue was bed bugs. After the very first night, I had bites on my shoulders. Later, we found many blood stains and black spots on the sheets, which are clear signs of infestation. We did not ask to change our room because our friends already had their mattress with bed bugs simply moved from one room to another. That made us realize the problem was not being properly addressed, so we endured it until the end of our stay. As a result, our sleep quality was very poor. Before packing to leave, we spent a lot of time carefully checking and shaking out all our belongings to avoid bringing bed bugs home. This was stressful and left us with a very negative impression. Overall: We loved the location, the staff, the activities, and the beach, but the bed bug issue and poor sleep conditions ruined an otherwise great experience. Unless the management takes this problem seriously and resolves it, it is difficult to recommend the resort despite its many positives.

We had a very disappointing experience at the club . Upon arrival, our room was dirty and had hair all over (photo attached). For a place that claims to be high-end, this was shocking. The so-called gourmet restaurant was impossible to book – we tried several times over the course of five days and never got a table. The same applied to the spa: no appointments available for our entire stay. We were left with only the sauna, which required an extra fee – strange, considering this is advertised as an “all-inclusive” resort. The activities were another letdown. None of the instructors for tennis, Pilates, or yoga spoke English, which meant we simply couldn’t participate. At the main buffet, the dining area was overcrowded with no entry control, so guests had to line up just to get food. The absolute low point was the excursion we booked through the hotel. For €70 per person, we spent nearly five hours stuck on a minibus, only to end up in a dull, unimpressive small town (photo attached). It felt like a complete waste of time and money. Overall, this hotel does not live up to its promises. Poor service, lack of organization, and misleading “all-inclusive” claims made our stay frustrating rather than enjoyable. Definitely not recommended.

The resort itself is clean, beautiful and has amazing activities. Unfortunately, the big let down is the staff. You will have to wait for drinks, you will not get a smile, there is no upbeat feeling compared to other club meds.
