Tennis group lessons

Serge Autexier, technical and physical trainer to Davis Cup players and the women players in the Fed Cup, has designed a teaching method used by the Club Med Tennis School. This innovative approach to tennis is based on biomechanics, which leads to an increase in power and control of the ball, and puts rhythm and balance to work. For both beginners and seasoned players, the Autexier teaching method features tools such as video that enables everyone to make progress without impairing the play of those who are the most experienced. Its sole objective? The pleasure of playing!

The lighthouse Cordouan

Get aboard a boat right across the estuary towards the open sea and the rocky plateau of Cordouan. Disembark onto the sand bank which encircles the lighthouse at low tide. After a walk only inches above the water level, enter through the doors of a specially designed building described as an “oeuvre royale” and visit all the different rooms which include the King’s apartments and the still active lantern.

Minimum level required: no previous experience.

Discover the fundamentals:
Day 1: introduction to the equipment, analysis of the spot; learn how to adjust the kite and how to pilot; learn the safety rules,
Day 2: first contact with the water; learn to assemble the kite; discover body drag, restarting from the water, retrieving your board, etc.
