Keep up your exercise routine and improve your physical condition with muscle building and cardio classes. Focus on the core muscles with the exercises in the Core Training session. If you like to push your limits, especially in cardio, join the Circuit Training course.

Gentle ways to take care of yourself. In the morning, activate your body with a muscle wake-up session. Work your deep muscles with Pilates. To finish the day, find some calm with a little stretching.

Spot a marmot or an ibex, look for an edelweiss to examine or understand the topography of the area are all challenges to be met during a hike. Your guide, who knows the areas intimately, will help you discover the mountain as it should be.

The Fortress of Fenestrelle, located between 1,800 and 2,435 metres altitude, is the largest fortress in Europe and the second longest in the world after the Great Wall of China. It was built by Duke Vittorio Amedeo of Savoy, between 1728 and 1850, to protect northern Italy. It is the only 18th century Piedmont fortress that remains intact, located in a national park.

Pinerolo is an Italian town in the province of Turin in the Piedmont region. It has a number of religious buildings, including a superb cathedral and a 14th century church. Pinerolo's main claim to fame is its fortress, where Fouquet, Lauzun and the man in the iron mask were imprisoned under Louis 14th. You'll enjoy strolling through the town centre - it has 3 kms of arches - and visiting San Donato cathedral and Palazzo Vittone, among the city's most emblematic monuments.

Turin is the cradle of Italian unity. Victor Emmanuel II made it the first capital of modern-day Italy. At the crossroads of French and Italian culture, the city has numerous architectural monuments, including the Mole Antonelliana, which at 167 metres was the highest building in the world before the Eiffel Tower was built. The royal palace, built in the 17th century for the House of Savoy, the Piazza Vittorio Veneto, one of the largest squares in Europe (31,000 sq metres) and the Castello del Valentino are all important landmarks. Turin is also famous for its dozens of kilometres of arches. After a panoramic bus tour of the most symbolic areas of the city, you may opt for a guided tour of the Baroque palaces, Egyptian museum (the 2nd largest in the world after Cairo and other historic sites.
