Best family holiday

Best family resort ever. Our family had an excellent get away, our children (5G 3B) had a blast and happily attended the kids club daily. The activities offered combined with wonderful caring educators made the experience special. Big thank you to Wissal, Axel & Ade ❤️ Wissal became a go to for both our kids, with my son especially bonding with her 😊 Highly recommend, plenty of different selection of activities for adults too

Perfect time off with family and friends

Woken up early morning by the main restaurant on fire after our first night, we were wondering what will be our holidays... GREAT! For sure food was not as usual, however the team was amazing doing is best to improve everyday. Thank you Ayu, Pita, Othmane, Abu, Ravir and Yigit, etc, you made us forgot the fire. So nice bar team: Heudes, Roy, Diky, Jayrate, Andre, Lorenzo, Nyoman, Rata.... great time and drinks (need a consistant recipee for mojito though ;)). We did a lot of sport with a beautiful team led by Amine: Oka, Zee, Jaka, Lee, Jo, Jalal, Antoine, Victoria, Ashley... We enjoyed all activities with your smile and kindness! The Circus team was again amazing and everywhere. My wife and daughter had a great time with you, Ally, Graham, Anas, Daniel, Jeremie!! Thanks also to Dylan for the beautiful songs and to the Massage team which was again perfect (3 times :)). Finally, a massive thank you to Apple, Yousri, Youness and Houcem. You took care of us unlike anywhere else!

Very tired resort …

We booked for 5 nights in a “superior balcony room”. The room was very underwhelming and my girlfriend and I felt we were given the kids rooms- 2 single beds. Staff were great in organising it to be converted to a king bed. The room itself was so outdated but clean. The whole resort needs a total refurbishment. It is showing its 70+ years. The tiny bathrooms literally only allow one person in at a time. The showers are very small and open inwards so have to step up, a very large step, into the shower and squeeze around the door for it to close. If you faint inside I don’t know how they’d get you out! It’s a real safety issue! No smart TVS so you can’t unwind in your room and watch your netflix ! We were travelling in a large group and all of us had issues with the rooms we booked. The hotel is not fully booked, due to the fire( we understand operating at lower capacity)so we can’t understand why we were not upgraded given the trouble we all had. A relief for us was that the resort was not fully booked as I don’t think the make shift marquee that houses the buffet breakfast every morning would accommodate everyone! Breakfast had a fantastic variety. I didn’t experience any lines for food which was good, due to the low numbers, and we had plenty of tables to sit at. Portable air conditioners were set up throughout the marquee. The food has been fantastic, lots of variety. Food and beverage staff were amazing. Dinners were awesome. The team did a wonderful job setting up outside at either a garden or beach setting. Live music in the background every night with high quality food and entertainment from the Club Med team. The main pool has many sun lounges but again, if the resort is at capacity you may struggle to find a spot! Zen pool ( adults only) was a highlight. Very quiet and calm, a great place to chill. The grounds are impeccable and the golf course was great fun. A 6 hole par 3 course. Oka one of the golf pros was a legend! Really encouraging and every time he saw me, made a point of coming and saying hello. Made my day Oka. New Padel courts are being constructed so it’ll allow more to play - currently only one in action. The sporting activities are great, lots of variety and always something to do. The Club Med staff work very hard- early starts and they are there till the very end at night. Entertainment at night had a European focus, lots of music in French so we found it a little hard to join in but we were equally happy to watch the fun from around the bar. I enjoyed myself with the number of people the resort had but would not consider returning when at full capacity without the resort rooms having a complete makeover. ALL The club Med staff get 5 ⭐️.

Shockingly superdooper.

Shockingly amazing. We had been to club med a few times and did not really know what to expect. we are very sporty and like to engage in many activities. but we were shocked to find the level of profesionism of the tennis with Mr Lee the British pro. We have taken many lessons around the world at resorts and back at home but have never exxperienced this level of profesionalism. we are going to steal him for our club at home..... we also were able to share some wonderful evening with him and its hilarious to watch him dance on the bar stage. we would also like to say how well this team is managed thank you also to Ameine the sport manager who also shared dinner and drinks with us. its also good to see the manager Houceme always chatting and enjoying guests from all nationalities. Heavenly dinner in the garden every day was fabulous and the lighting was nice and also watching the trapeze artists do thier thing good job you guys. we will definatly be back for more tennis and sports Thanks also club house GOs. My only small thing is it would be good maybe to have a bit of change of menu for the Dec restraunt, we will definatly be back for more punishment.......

Anniversary at Club Med Bali

Had a great wedding anniversary celebration at Club Med Bali. Was greeted warmly by Remy (and Mazs). Briefly mentioned that we were there to celebrate our anniversary, and was surprised with special arrangements in our room, and cake during dinner. Simple gestures but came a long way.
