The Riad is beautifully decorated, as are the rooms. The service is amazing, the food and drinks delicious, and the team led by Mr. Abdel also works very well together. Great week with our babies (1 & 2 year olds)
We had an amazing week, the facilities were fantastic and as ever with Club Med the staff go above and beyond to make your stay perfect. Special mentions to Mehdi on reception, Hafsa, Gigi & Lison at mini club, Youssef the chief of village, Manu for the amazing welcome and Francois the golf coach - all people that stood out in terms of amazing hospitality and friendliness that made the stay special. The boss at the golf club was sadly very rude and unreasonable (first time I’ve seen such a thing at a club med), did not want to honour the course that I booked over the phone just the day before arriving as it “did not make subs for him”. Having already struggled to bring my golf clubs I insisted however and in the end a compromise was made. It left a bad taste but thankfully Francois was an amazing coach, I improved a lot and he’s a very funny guy so it was a lot of fun too.

We had a great stay at Club Med Marrakech as a family of four. The facilities, food, and rooms were all excellent, especially the Family Oasis, which is perfect with young kids. A big thank you to Youssef the chef de village, as well as Emily. Then of course a big thank you to the Petit Club and Mini club. Our three-year-old was in the Petit Club and the team was amazing: Marine, Lison, Marion, Hafsa, and Vincent, with a special mention to Lison and Marion who were so caring with Anna. Also a shoutout to Ousmane and Wiwi at the mini club, who took great care of the 5y olds. Thank you to Sara at the spa who was lovely. Only small point: the music during evening kids shows could be a bit less loud for little ones. We’ll definitely be back!

Avoid at all costs !!!!
I’m usually not one to leave reviews but our experience at this club med was so horrible that I feel like I have to. I’ve waited to see if the customer service team could rectify some of it after our return but that just added insult to injury. If I could give zero stars I would. Avoid this place at all costs! From our arrival to the very end our stay was one big disappointment. The staff is unhelpful at best and rude most of the time. You would expect them to at least try and communicate in another language other than French or Arabic but despite trying to communicate in English, Spanish, German, and Italian we were forced to explain im French. The food is horrible, no food hygiene to the point that my eldest got food poisoning on day 3, the rest of us had cramps and upset tummies for days! The queues for the food are endless, of you don’t get there early most dishes are gone and are not being refilled. There are not enough serving spoons so dishes get cross contaminated. If you want anything else but water with your meal you need to chase down a waiter to get a warm glass of coke or similar. One of the lunches was served outside by the tennis courts, by the time we arrived the food had been sitting in the midday sun, with flies all over the buffet and hardly anything appetising left. We mainly lived of bread and pasta, not what one would be looking forward to in an all exclusive resort. On our first evening we decided to eat supper inside as it was a bit chilly but when we saw the bird poo above our heads and table on the beams we decided against it. The aircondition in our 2bedroom family suite won’t turn on until May, which we were only told after calling for 3 days. We were told to sleep with open terrace doors on the ground floor instead. The lack of service on every level was simply baffling. Apart from Hugo one of the interim managers who tried his best to make our stay more pleasant, no one else seemed bothered. This is the very first holiday we were all looking forward to returning home to after. Needless to say we won’t ever go back. We were in fact looking to go to another hotel on day 2 but everything else was fully booked as we were there in the middle of school holidays.

Excellent mini club !
A fantastic trip for kids! The mini club knows how to make kids feel special and make sure they have an unforgettable experience. Special shoutout to Romain, Momo le chameau, Marouane, and many others, merci !
