Important information
Entry requirements for the United States:
It is your responsibility to obtain all the necessary documents according to your nationality (visa, entry fees, authorization form for a minor, etc.) before your departure.
As of October 1, 2022, a citizen who holds a non-Canadian passport must absolutely fill out an ESTA form online at least 72 hours before departure. https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov/esta
This form is mandatory to enter the United States and you will be automatically denied access to the United States if it is not duly completed and approved.
You must present your passport and required documents to your tour guide when boarding the bus, otherwise you will be denied access. No refund or recourse against Voyages Gendron will be possible.
*The booking for the group promotion must be made for the same departure date in a single and unique reservation. This offer cannot be combined with another promotion.
**If you are several people from the same group on this trip, to ensure you are on the same bus, we recommend departing from the same boarding point and booking all passengers at the same time.
A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required at booking. The final payment must be made 45 days before the departure date and is non-refundable. For any booking made 45 days or less before the departure date, the full payment is required and will be non-refundable. Name change possible without fees if done 48 hours or more before departure.

- Departure
- Stop after customs for free breakfast ($)

- Arrival in New York, free time on 34th Street where you can admire the Empire State Building and Macy’s
- First part of the walking city tour with your guide towards Times Square (heart of New York City and its famous giant illuminated signs)
- Your guide will show you the Grand Central Terminal, the Chrysler Building, and the New York Public Library
- Free dinner ($) and free time
- Take advantage of your guide’s suggestions to discover the many shops, restaurants, and shows in the streets of Times Square
Evening
- In the early evening, meeting with the bus at the corner of 9th Avenue and 46th Street
- N.B. The departure time for the return to the hotel will be determined by the arrival time in New York according to the new regulations on drivers’ hours of service. Be very attentive to this information that will be given to you by your escort.
- Arrival at the hotel and check-in for the next 2 nights

- Explore attractions such as the New York Public Library, St. Patrick’s Cathedral, Rockefeller Center, 5th Avenue, Park Avenue and its historical buildings, as well as the famous Flatiron Building
- We continue our journey to Lower Manhattan in the Financial District, notably known for Wall Street and its Charging Bull, One World Trade Center, as well as the 9/11 Memorial
- We head back up to the SoHo neighborhood, which abounds with artists and art galleries

- Meeting with the bus

Please note that we have our own team of driver-guides who make all the difference, as well as our maintenance team, which ensures our motorcoaches are well cared for between trips.

It is possible to choose your seat when booking a motorcoach trip. For certain trips, a fee of $15 per person per day applies in order to obtain a seat in the first 4 rows of the motorcoach (blue section of the plan). Passengers keep their selected seat for the entire duration of their stay.
Please note that Voyages Gendron has a range of packages during busy touristic periods. Several trips take place at the same time. To insure the trips, Voyages Gendron can count on the quality services of its coach operator partners who will be at your service.
