Moncton - Grand-Pré - Halifax

  • Breakfast at the hotel.
  • Check-out and departure from the hotel.
  • Arrival at the Grand-Pré National Historic Site.
  • Lunch on your own ($).

PM

  • Guided tour of the Grand-Pré National Historic Site.
    • Settlement site of the Acadians and the Deportation of the Acadians that began in 1755 and continued until 1762.
  • Drive to Halifax.
  • Check-in at the hotel in Halifax.
  • Dinner on your own ($) and free evening.
Day 3
Halifax | Departure from 18 August: days 3 and 4 are reversed.

  • Guided tour of Halifax in French by a local guide. (including the cemetery of the victims of the Titanic sinking).
  • Visit of the National Historic Site of Canada Halifax Citadel.

Lunenburg - Peggy's Cove - Hubbards | Departure from 18 August: days 3 and 4 are reversed.

    • Founded in 1753, this port city has a rich heritage and unique architecture. Wonderful, it appears the world heritage of UNESCO.

  • Visit of Peggy’s Cove and stop in Mahone Bay.
    • The shore, composed of rounded granite rocks by the waves of the Atlantic Ocean, are particularly photogenic. Peggy’s Point Lighthouse is one of the most known attractions in Nova Scotia.

Day 5
Halifax - Louisbourg - Baddeck

  • Visit of the National Historic Site of Canada Fortress of Louisbourg
    • Jewel French 18th and 21st Canadian treasure. This National Historic Site is the partial reproduction of a French fortress and THE largest historical reconstruction in North America.

Day 6
Cabot Trail

  • Discovery and coach tour of the Cabot Trail National Park.

    • A unique exhibition combining models, reproductions, photographs, artifacts and films was held at the National Historic Site Alexander Graham Bell and tells the fascinating life and work of the man who left his name.

It is possible to choose your seat when booking a motorcoach trip. For certain trips, a fee of $15 per person per day applies in order to obtain a seat in the first 4 rows of the motorcoach (blue section of the plan). Passengers keep their selected seat for the entire duration of their stay.
