Samana Bay / whales observation seafari

Head off in a boat exclusively chartered for Club Med to meet humpback whales. During the mating season, hundreds of humpback whales come to the warm waters of the bay to breed. You will witness the amazing spectacle of the males leaping out of the water and the young whale calves swimming beside their mothers. On the way back, you'll have time to swim and enjoy the fine sandy beach at Cavo Levantado if wanted.
Samana Bay / Los Haitises natural park (half day)

Explore Los Haitises National Park. from the sea Navigate through this natural labyrinth of vertically-trained sugar cane in the bay which is the habitat of numerous colonies of seabirds, before heading off to explore the mangrove forest. You will visit one of the park's caverns which bears traces of religious beliefs, left by the first Native American inhabitants of the Dominican Republic.

Beautiful cruise!
A beautiful greek island cruise on CM2! We booked a suite which was spacious with 2 bathrooms and 2 cupboards, somehow newly renovated. I loved the extra space! Our cabin lady Rizza was just super adorable! In general service and food has been upgraded since last year that was a very nice surprise! The staff is led by Adrien the CDV who practices leadership at its Best and it shows! Lyora from the excursion desk, Tan and Manauly from the conciergerie, Laura from the Spa, adorable Anouk from the teens club, Stephane & Milan from the nautical hall and everybody from the service personnel, thank you very much for this nice stay! Forgive me if I forgot somebody because you were all actually wonderful! Always happy sailing, Nathalie & Kimon

Lovely trip in the Caribbean with really good food, especially considering we were on a sailing boat! An amazing experience, and a massive thanks to Isabelle, Denise, and Lucas for their energy and kindness! Thanks also to the rest of the crew (everyone we met, to be honest) and to Stéphane, even though the nautical hall was not open :( We’ll definitely come back to the Mediterranean Sea to try it for sure!

We made a cruise with Club Med 2 beginning of July 2024 for a week visiting the Italian coast from Rome to Palermo (2 adults and 3 teenagers). We had never done a cruise before so a little afraid but it turned out to be a success. The boot is not the youngest so do not expect glides, game rooms, … but it has the old grandeur with the sails, nice decks, … The cabins are rather small so I would recommend to take a suite like we did as they have a small seating area and 2 bathrooms. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, be it in the restaurant, bars, nautical deck, …The food is very nice and quite refined although you also have teenager food. I understand that in general the passengers on the boat are pensioners which was also the case for our cruise, much appreciated BTW as it means peace and tranquility and no (would be) influencers. You should count on about 200 passengers. The only downside is that when you do organized trips the pace is very slow given the number of pensioners. The good thing about the boat compared to the huge cruise ships, is that it can attend both the big cities but also the small costal towns. As such we visited small islands which are otherwise impossible to visit. The boat then just lies off the coast and they bring you with small vessels to the coast all day long. But you can also stay on the boat and do all kind of watersports on the nautical deck. Bottom line: if you like parties, kicks, modern ships, slides, several restaurants, … then avoid this ship. If you like more refined peace and tranquility then I can only recommend Club Med 2

Troisième croisière à bord de ce merveilleux voilier à taille humaine et celle-ci fut encore meilleure que les précédentes. Toute l’équipe était formidable managée par Adrien, super chef de village magnifiquement secondé par Lény son assistant. Adrien, un grand merci pour la cabine qui nous fut attribuée. Avant même notre arrivée, les premiers contacts furent très positifs avec Manauly et le demeurèrent pendant toute la croisière oū celle-ci était toujours aux petits soins pour nous ( merci également à ces collègues Lucie, Tan, Léna ). Lors de cette croisière, nous avons eu la chance d’avoir le hall nautique souvent ouvert et nous tenons à remercier Cindy la responsable nautique pour son professionnalisme et sa sympathie ainsi que toute son équipe composée de Lilou, Milhan et des 2 Stéphane. Ayant effectué plusieurs excursions , nous remercions Lyora et Julien du service découverte. Le bateau étant relativement petit par rapport à un village classique, nous avons aussi passé beaucoup de moments de convivialité avec de nombreux GO et nous tenons à les en remercier. Parmi eux et désolé pour celles et ceux dont nous avons oubliés les prénoms, citons Tamara la responsable boutique ainsi qu’Isabelle et Alexia également de la boutique, Daren le DJ et Margaux de la communication. Enfin nous n’oublierons pas de citer la pétillante et sympathique Alexia la chorégraphe qui a le mérite de monter ses spectacles « sur l’eau ». Nous avons déjà hâte de te retrouver sur le bateau ou dans un autre club. Cependant, une seule chose n’est pas au niveau d’un exclusive collection, il s’agit du bar. Le personnel est charmant mais les cocktails ne sont pas bons, pas de glace pilée pour les Mojitos par exemple mais des glaçons ce qui change considérablement le goût, les bouteilles d’eau gazeuse une fois entamées sont laissées ouvertes ce qui fait que l’eau ne gaze plus du tout dans les cocktails suivants et aucun accompagnement avec le café type petit chocolat ou petit biscuit alors que l’on a cette prestation dans des 4 tridents. Encore une fois un grand merci à tous, bonne fin de saison et nous encourageons toutes les personnes qui hésiteraient encore à tenter l’expérience Club Med 2.

Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable en juillet à bord du Club Med 2 pour la croisière en Sicile et en Grèce. Un grand bravo à Adrien, Chef du Village, pour son professionnalisme et sa capacité à créer une ambiance conviviale tout au long du voyage. Merci également à Lenny, Responsable Animation, pour son énergie communicative, son sens de l’organisation et les moments festifs qu’il a su orchestrer avec talent. Une mention spéciale à Sam, qui a su marier magie et technologie pour nous surprendre ! Ses prestations, à la fois ludiques et innovantes, nous ont permis de découvrir un univers original, mêlant divertissement et curiosité pour les nouvelles technologies. Ce type d’activité est vraiment un plus et mériterait d’être proposé plus souvent ! La nourriture à bord était tout simplement exceptionnelle : raffinée, variée et digne des meilleures tables, avec un service impeccable et souriant. Les escales étaient magnifiques ! Une croisière qui nous laissera des souvenirs impérissables. Merci à toute l’équipe !
