Contest ”Win a golf trip for two to the Dominican Republic!”

GENERAL CONDITIONS AND ELIGIBILITY

Contest begins November 12, 2025 and ends November 20, 2025 (11:59 p.m. EST).

The draw will take place on November 21, 2025 (at 9 a.m. Eastern time), at Voyages Gendron offices located at 1465 boul. Mgr-Langlois, Salaberry-de-Valleyfield.

No purchase necessary. To enter and be eligible to win, participants must reside in Canada and be over 18 years of age.

Employees, representatives and/or agents (and/or those residing at the same address as such an employee, representative or agent, whether related or not) of Voyages Gendron are not eligible.

Photos and images used in advertising or promotional material (including, but not limited to, print advertising, electronic advertising and web banner ads) are provided for informational purposes only.

By submitting an entry, you acknowledge that you have read the official Contest rules and agree to comply with them. Fields on the form marked with an asterisk or otherwise indicated as mandatory must be completed in order to participate in the Contest. Other information requested is useful, but not mandatory to participate in the Contest.

Limit of one entry per person for the entire duration of the Contest. Any person who enters or attempts to enter more than once or who uses a robotic, automatic, mechanical, electronic, or other unauthorized method of duplication under the terms of these rules will be considered to have attempted to falsify or manipulate the Contest, which will automatically result in disqualification.

No entries will be accepted after the deadline for any reason. Entries received after the deadline will be rejected.

REGISTRATION

To register, participants must complete the contest form at https://www.voyagesgendron.com/en/golf/contest/win-a-golf-trip-for-two-to-the-dominican-republic/, read the procedures, enter their information and follow all steps until confirmation. By submitting an entry, participants irrevocably accept that their information will be transferred to Voyages Gendron. Entries are limited to one per person. Additional registrations will be disqualified. An individual may not use more than one e-mail address to register for the contest.

CONTEST DESCRIPTION

PRIZE

The winner will receive a trip for two (2) people to Tunisia with a total value of CA$7,600.

Date of trip: December 6 to 13, 2025

• Two (2) round-trip flight from Montreal to Tunis with Tunisair;
• Two (2) nights’ accomodation in a double room of minimum category at Phenicia Hotel à Hammamet ;
  • Half-board buffet-style meal plan (breakfasts and dinners)
• Two (2) nights’ accomodation in a double room of minimum category at The Sindbad Hotel Hammamet in Hammamet ;
  • Half-board buffet-style meal plan (breakfasts and dinners)
• Two (2) nights’ accomodation in a double room of minimum category at The Residence Tunis in Tunis ;
  • Half-board buffet-style meal plan (breakfasts and dinners)
• Four (4) rounds of golf at The Residence Golf Course (2 rounds) and Citrus Golf Club (2 rounds) ;
• Advance tee-time reservations on all golf courses;
• Cultural excursion;
• Airport transfers, transfers between hotels and transportation between hotels and golf courses;
• Baggage allowance: 2 checked items (suitcase and golf bag);
• Taxes

The trip price does not include, among others :

• Golf cart rental (optional) | approximately €30 per cart per round, payable on site;
• Tourist tax | 12 DT per night per person, payable at the hotel (approximately CA $5);
• Practice balls | approximately €1.50 to €10 per golfer
• Golf equipment rental
• Meals other than those mentioned, particularly when traveling;
• Drinks with meals;
• Travel, health, and/or cancellation insurance fees.

CONDITIONS OF USE

The winner and his/her guest accept and agree to comply with the following conditions of use:

• All reservations and travel arrangements must be made with Voyages Gendron by the winner, without exception.
• Winner and guest must travel on the same itinerary, on the same dates, on the same flight, from the same originating airport to the same destination.
• All costs and expenses other than those mentioned above will be borne by the winner and his/her guest, including, without limitation, transportation between the place of residence and the airport, activities at destination not included, meals and beverages not included, travel expenses, telephone calls, mobile telephone and data roaming charges, expenses of a personal nature and gratuities.
• The winner and his/her guest must have reached the age of majority in their province of residence to take advantage of the trip.
• The prize must be accepted as described in these rules and cannot, under any circumstances, be transferred in whole or in part to another person, substituted for another prize or exchanged for cash. If a portion of the prize is not used, in whole or in part, no monetary compensation will be awarded.
• The room category cannot be changed under any circumstances.
• Under no circumstances may the travel prize be used after its expiry date of December 6, 2025.
• This offer cannot be extended. In the event of cancellation for any reason, the trip cannot be postponed.
• In the event the winner refuses the travel prize, the latter cannot be converted into cash and will be considered cancelled.
• The travel prize is specific to the trip mentioned and cannot be exchanged for a trip to another destination or on another date.
• It is the responsibility of the winner and his/her guest to know the conditions of entry, transit and exit of the destination visited and to obtain the necessary travel documents for entry, transit and exit of the destination concerned including, without limitation, any travel visa that may be required by the destination country and any vaccination passport if it becomes mandatory to take advantage of all the services included in the travel prize, and to ensure their validity for the entire duration of the trip. Without limiting the generality of the other provisions of these rules, no monetary compensation will be awarded in the event that the trip is prevented due to the failure of the winner and/or his/her guest to comply with the formalities applicable in Canada or in the destination country at the time of travel.
• Winner and guest are solely responsible for obtaining, at their own expense, personal, medical and travel insurance prior to departure, including, without limitation, medical coverage at destination.
• Except as provided in these rules and regulations, Voyages Gendron makes no warranty, express or implied, statutory or otherwise, with respect to the travel prize. In accordance with the conditions set forth and without limiting their scope, Voyages Gendron is not responsible in the event that the use of the travel prize is impossible due to an event of force majeure, including, without limitation, a pandemic.
• Voyages Gendron is not responsible for any event that could prevent or delay the trip and/or have an effect on accommodation reservations or any activities booked by the winner and his/her guest at destination.
• Winners waive any recourse if the services offered are not entirely satisfactory.

PRIZE CLAIM

The winner will be put in contact with Voyages Gendron to reserve his or her trip. Winner and guest must consent to receive communications from Voyages Gendron for booking and travel purposes. The winner will be selected by random draw using an automated system. The winner’s name will be posted on the contest page. The winner will also be contacted by e-mail and asked to submit proof of Canadian residency. The winner will have 2 days to accept his or the prize, after which a new draw will be held to select another winner. If the winner does not respond within this period, he or she automatically forfeits the prize, in which case it will be awarded to another person. 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By accepting a prize, each winner and each guest of the winner, if applicable, releases the Beneficiaries from any and all liability, obligation, claim, action, damage, demand, cause of action, suit, debt, duty, account, bond, agreement, guarantee, indemnity, fine, legal fees, contract or responsibility of any kind whatsoever arising out of or in connection with the acceptance and/or use of the prize, including, without limitation, any injury, illness, death or damage to or loss of property. Each winner and each guest of the winner, if any, acknowledges that upon award of the prize, the obligations associated with the prize become the responsibility of the suppliers of the services and products comprising the prize, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
