Otaru canal cruise tour

A car will take GM from resort then first stop at Nikka Whisky, one of Japan's top whisky makers, with its main distillery in Yoichi. Nikka whiskies have been recognized to rank among the world's best single malt whiskies and have won numerous awards.The Yoichi Distillery maintains many of its original stone buildings which visitors are welcome to view. A self-guided walking tour of the grounds takes about an hour and follows the whisky making process from start to finish. To be followed by Otaru Canal Cruise tour, which is a must-do activity for visitors to Otaru. Otaru, once a thriving gateway to Hokkaido, boasts a rich historical heritage from that era. During this leisurely 40-minute cruise down the Otaru Canal, our captains will each share their unique perspectives on this history. Afterwards, the driver will also wait for G.M. to have walk in Otaru for some shopping/walking, then take G.M. back to resort.
Tenguyama ropeway tour

A car takes you from the Resort to Nikka Whisky, one of the leading whisky producers in Japan, located in Yoichi. Nikka whiskies are globally recognized for their quality and have won numerous awards. Enjoy a self-guided one-hour tour at the Yoichi distillery, which maintains its original stone buildings. The tour covers the entire whisky-making process. Then, continue the tour with a ride on the ropeway to Mount Tenguyama, offering panoramic views of Otaru. Tenguyama is a symbolic mountain providing stunning vistas of the city, the Sea of Japan, and an impressive night scene, considered one of Hokkaido's "three major night views." The summit observation deck is highly regarded in the Michelin Green Guide Japan. After a stroll in Otaru, the car takes you back to the Resort.

Fabulous except to teen activity
Fabulous resort and amazing location and skiing. Great resort staff Food absolutely amazing and even snacks Facilities ok when they were open such as pool Misled on the teen club as there were zero activities and a snub on assisting my 13yo completely and a don’t care attitude

Everything was above and beyond any expectation I had. I have no words with how impressed we all were. James Lee especially stood out as an outstanding GO and made us feel welcome and included in the Club Med family. The skiing was great. The slopes were empty, but everything was running great. The rental equipment was in amazing condition. The lockers were clean, large, and easy to use. The buffet was great. Best part was all the breads made in house. All the evening events were fun and a fantastic opportunity to get to know the GOs. Overall, it was an amazing experience that I would love to repeat. I also have to mention other GOs that made our time at Kiroro Grand special; Intho (our first dinner with GO), Sergio, Angel (best fish tacos ever), Perla, Tong, James (Bar), Oceane, Risa, and Berlin. All GOs exemplified the true Platinum rule of Hospitality of knowing what the guest wants or needs before the guest knows that it's what they're looking for. This resort was definitely a 5-star experience.

Hello Team clubmed #kiroro! Berfin: Berfin was extremely welcoming and efficient in settling us into clubmed. She brought us through everything, including introducing us to the environment in kiroro, as well as getting us our snowboard gear etc. Her communication was great and she also very kindly assisted us with our requests and questions during the stay. Sam, Wisnu, Finn, Eddy, Kyle, Anom, Roy: Biggest thanks to F&B and Bar team and the above GOs for making us feel right at home at clubmed. Food was amazing with lots of choices! Whenever i see Sam, I see food! Including party time at the dance floor, where there is a small but thoughtful selection. Thanks for all the fun chats and company! King: Very capable and skillful instructor who taught us patiently and well. King also took the initiative to take photos for us and allowed us to enjoy our first snowboarding experience. Instructions were clear and we really learnt a lot! We cannot wait to snowboard with King again!!!

Amazing Luxury Premium Experience
Wonderful Luxury Premium experience at Kiroro Grand ClubMed. I cant ask anything because everything was so excellent. I stay 6D 5N with my mom. Its my first skiing experience and doesn’t want to stop it because everything is inclusive with perfect hospitality. I feel very healthy and happy with full activities from morning until late ,breakfast,ski lesson,lunch,yoga,onsen,games,snow walk?power walk ,full entertainment,appetitive,dinner and party everyday. Direct ski slope from resort with short distance from locker made me feel very comfortable All GO team are superteam, it made me and my mom feel likes home and hard to say goodbye. Everyone at Go team served with love and care. All of them made me safe to let my mom alone enjoy the activities when i did skiing all the day. All food and drinks unlimited ,all good with many options everyday with super luxury one like lobster ,giant crab and good drinks at bar. Amazingly everynight we dance with all family and blended with Go team. The vibes of family values and international friendship are very strong here. Its superb experience and we will back again for sure Thank you so much Mrs.Merlyn,Ms.Amalia and all Go team to give us wonderful experiences and unforgettable moments. Thanks to anom,dina,gita,dylan,kenzei,jay,ayang,lauren,ajie,rain,kyle,rosi and team coach jamie,dijan,brasta,stevo and everyone who made us feel like home and being family. nice property but club med isn’t for me
Everything was good, except I was unfamiliar with the concept of a club med… Club Meds have a policy where every staff member must eat breakfast/lunch/dinner with a guest. So we found ourselves constantly making small talk for our entire four day stay. It was tiring to say the least. Even with hesitation, when a staff member goes “can we join you” it’s hard to politely decline. Because of this I will never return to a club med again.. no where online does it advertise that you have to enjoy your vacation dining with strangers… Expect that you will never dine with just your travel group. If you don’t mind the above, the property is nice and rooms are new. Food is solid for the wide variety and big buffet. Staff are nice and friendly.
