AIRPORT TRANSFER

Please refer to your exchange voucher located in your electronic documents. You will find all necessary information such as shuttle time, pickup locations, etc.

Make sure you have provided, during your reservation, a valid phone number in Europe. In order to organize the transfer service in the best possible way, the drivers will contact you before your departure to introduce themselves and remind you of the transfer information. For these exchanges, download the free application WhatsApp*.

Transfer Mont Blanc by 1786 Travel:
- The company will contact you via WhatsApp*.
- Only thin and soft ski bags will be accepted.
Mountain Drop-off:
- The company will communicate with you via text message and/or email the day before your flight to confirm the pickup time and provide you with the name and phone number of your driver.

- Please note that Geneva Airport charges 2 euros (refundable) for luggage carts - please have a 2 euro coin ready.
Shuttle Direct: The company may contact you by phone. Please make sure your cellphone is turned on.
Up and Down Taxi: The company may contact you via WhatsApp*.
Altibus:
- PRIVATE TRANSFER : If you have booked a private transfer door-to-door, refer to your exchange voucher.
- SHARED TRANSFER: For shared airport transfers to/from the destination (not door-to-door to your accommodation): the bus will drop you off at the bus station or at the designated location by our carrier. The route between this location and your accommodation must be arranged by you, either by taxi or on foot depending on the destination. Here is the link to access the map of the drop-off points and the place where the transfer will depart from at the end of your stay for your return to the airport according to your destination: https://www.altibus.com/les-fiches-horaires/. For the exact name of the designated drop-off point for you, refer to your exchange voucher.
  For clients arriving at Geneva Airport: there is a Transdev/Altibus counter available on site.
  For clients arriving at Lyon Airport: you will find your bus using the display boards indicating platforms and destinations (similar to flights). On Saturdays, there is an agent on the platforms who can assist you (Transdev/Altibus).

EPIC SEASON TICKET HOLDER

If you are an EPIC season ticket holder, you'll have direct access to the gondolas and lifts, no visits to the ticket office are necessary.
