AIRPORT TRANSFER

Make sure you have provided, during your reservation, a valid phone number in Europe. In order to organize the transfer service in the best possible way, the drivers will contact you before your departure to introduce themselves and remind you of the transfer information. Mountain Drop-off

The company will communicate with you via text message and/or email the day before your flight to confirm the pickup time and provide you with the name and phone number of your driver.

Please note that Geneva Airport charges 2 euros (refundable) for luggage carts - please have a 2 euro coin ready.

Up and Down Taxi

The company may contact you via WhatsApp*. In case of emergency you can reach Pierre Petit at 33 65 24 76 274 via WhatsApp.

Altibus

For clients arriving at Geneva Airport: there is a Transdev/Altibus counter available on site.

For clients arriving at Lyon Airport: you will find your bus using the display boards indicating platforms and destinations (similar to flights). On Saturdays, there is an agent on the platforms who can assist you (Transdev/Altibus).

PRIVATE TRANSFER: If you have booked a private transfer door-to-door, refer to your exchange voucher.
SHARED TRANSFER: For shared airport transfers to/from the destination (not door-to-door to your accommodation): the bus will drop you off at the bus station or at the designated location by our carrier. The route between this location and your accommodation must be arranged by you, either by taxi or on foot depending on the destination.
