Late winter fun

We visited Club Med Kiroro Peak in Mar 2025 to experience the late winter skiing and were not disappointed. Even this late in the season, we had lots of snow and great fun. Special thanks to Tom, Mersila, Ryan, Haru, Yutaro and Miltos from the ski/snowboard team; Agathe from the reception, Rakesh, Vincent, Maki and Elsa from the restaurant; Yosuke and Gita from the bar; Briac from the ski shop; Tiffany from the gift shop; and the ever talented John. These were GOs who made our stay especially enjoyable and memorable. Thanks so much!

Best ski and Club Med experience!

This was my second stay at Club Med Kiroro Peak this winter season, and it felt like coming home. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with such warmth by Chief of Village Tatiana and F&B Manager Elsa. Their hospitality truly elevated the entire experience. Tatiana leads the village with such grace and energy—you can feel her positive presence everywhere. She’s not only professional and approachable but also genuinely engaged with the guests, which makes a big difference. Elsa continues to impress with her exceptional attention to detail and passion for creating a memorable dining experience. She’s always around, checking in with guests, ensuring everything runs smoothly, and her warmth makes every meal feel extra special. Club Med Kiroro Peak remains my go-to destination for a ski vacation—not just for the world-class skiing, but for the people who make the stay unforgettable. It is truly the best Club Med that I have stayed, can’t wait to return again!

Best ski holiday ever!!

I had an amazing ski holiday at Kiroro Peak. The comfort of the resort, the friendly people (reception, bar, dining, housekeeping), the snow instructors, the ski slopes, the quality of the foods and drinks were all fantastic. Special thanks to Maki,Rakesh, Vincent, Rizan, Wisnu, Beste and Tatiana for making my holiday so memorable.

Relaxing and Enjoyable Stay at Club Med Kiroro Peak

We recently returned from a trip from Club Med Kiroro Peak (late Mar-Apr) and had a very enjoyable experience. The convenience of having everything close by within the village made for a smooth and relaxing stay. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing a great space to unwind after a day on the slopes. The facilities were well maintained, and the ski room—located right next to the exit leading to the slopes—was especially convenient for getting ready each day. The food was another highlight. Meals were consistently good, with a wide variety of dishes and quality ingredients. Dining was something we looked forward to after spending time outdoors. The open bar was also a nice perk. It offered a good selection of drinks throughout the day, and the relaxed setting made it a pleasant place to wind down or catch up with others in the evening. We also appreciated the support from the staff. A special mention to Kevin, our snowboard instructor, who was patient and encouraging. He helped us get up to speed quickly and made the learning process much smoother. Additionally, John, the talented live singer, added a nice touch to the afternoon/evenings with his performances. He was friendly, took song requests, and it was a pleasure chatting with him during meals. Overall, Club Med Kiroro Peak provided a comfortable and well-organized environment for a winter holiday. It’s a solid choice for those looking for a convenient ski-in, ski-out experience with good amenities and helpful staff.

Our best Snow/Ski Experience Ever

We had a great 6 night stay at Kiroro Peak mid March this year. From the booking and correspondence to our arrival and even departure, even one we communicated to was very friendly and helpful. The room was very large and comfortable, very different from our previous CM experiences. The mini bar and coffee machine were little bonuses in the room. Food was fabulous, a wide variety and every meal had different options to try - oysters, snow crab, wagyu beef, lamb, etc. Elsa, the F&B Manager was always checking on us at every meal. A special thank you to Minisha who was always looking out and after us at mealtimes. The snow was great for March and it was still snowing on most days that we were there. Yukari was a very friendly and patient ski instructor who helped my wife overcome her fear of red runs. The slopes where never crowded and there was hardly any queue at the ski lifts. Austin, who took us out on the snowshoe hike was also very friendly and took some great photos of us. There was a novavirus outbreak at Kiroro Grand while we were there and guests were not allowed to inter-mingle so we could not travel over to Grand to try the speciality restaurants or the onsen, which was a pity as we had been looking forward to being able to experience both resorts. But better safe than sorry. We were glad we stayed well throughout the holiday. Finally, a big thank you to GM, Tatiana for making our stay so comfortable and enjoyable. She leads a great team of GOs and she is everywhere. She manages, cooks, sings, dances and serves everyone with a big smile. We are looking forward to coming back, unfortunately not next year but maybe in the following year to experience it all again.
