As a high school history teacher, I had a great career of 38 years in education. Career in which I was also, on occasion, entrusted with the task of organizing and accompanying student trips to America and Europe.
Very comfortable in accompanying groups on trips, so I have continued and still continue, since my retirement from teaching, to offer my experience in the success of multiple organized trips on all continents. Experience of some 60 trips to date. Europe, America, Asia, Africa.
With humor, some clients told me one day during a trip: “Yvon, you are a SAT!” Surprised, I ask. I am told that, first and foremost, I Secure. Security both physical, material and emotional. Priority for a companion. Then, I animate my group well to ensure all a beautiful serenity during the whole trip. Finally, that I transmit knowledge. Having taught history with a baccalaureate. in this discipline, I always like to inform my customers about the places we visit. I thanked! I am therefore a SAT!
