Serge Autexier, technical and physical trainer to Davis Cup players and the women players in the Fed Cup, has designed a teaching method used by the Club Med Tennis School. This innovative approach to tennis is based on biomechanics, which leads to an increase in power and control of the ball, and puts rhythm and balance to work. For both beginners and seasoned players, the Autexier teaching method features tools such as video that enables everyone to make progress without impairing the play of those who are the most experienced.
