Keep up your exercise routine and improve your physical condition with muscle building and cardio classes. Focus on the core muscles with the exercises in the Core Training session. If you like to push your limits, especially in cardio, join the Circuit Training course.

Mini Club Med + adds new activities offering fun, cooperation and adventure. It's all go for: - Super pilot: a challenge where kids learn self-confidence, guided along a pathway with their eyes blindfolded - Let's roll! : where team spirit wins by moving balls and crossing the finishing line - Zen tales: time for a break! Children learn to relax, through a clever mix of stories and yoga poses. Ninja bootcamp, Nature detective, Hero's parade... and lots of other activities to be explored on site. Sail down the Mambucaba River in a rubber dinghy - rafting level 3 - one hour of sheer emotion. Descend fast-flowing rivers or rapids in a rubber dinghy for 4 to 8 people.The most intrepid members of the team take the front seats, the most laid-back in the middle and the members with the most technique at the back.
