Mini Club Med + adds new activities offering fun, cooperation and adventure. Serge Autexier, technical and physical trainer to Davis Cup players and the women players in the Fed Cup, has designed a teaching method used by the Club Med Tennis School. This innovative approach to tennis is based on biomechanics, which leads to an increase in power and control of the ball, and puts rhythm and balance to work. For both beginners and seasoned players, the Autexier teaching method features tools such as video that enables everyone to make progress without impairing the play of those who are the most experienced. Its sole objective? The pleasure of playing!

Go to the water sports centre located just over 2,000 yards from the Resort, access by mini-train shuttle service, to practice this activity. Minimum level required: no previous experience. Discover the fundamentals: Day 1: introduction to the equipment, analysis of the spot; learn how to adjust the kite and how to pilot; learn the safety rules, Day 2: first contact with the water; learn to assemble the kite; discover body drag, restarting from the water, retrieving your board, etc.
