In the tyre tracks of the greatest champions, road-biking fans can tackle these stunning landscapes and differences in height. The different groups, from those who are new to mountain biking to the more experienced and expert, enjoy outings accompanied by qualified G.O®, which take the form of walks or mountain stages. Material available during the outings: Road bikes for men and women, brand SCOTT model Addict 30, time Huez 21 with automatic pedal and shoes. The bikes are equipped with a water bottle holder (personal water bottle to bring).

Head off to explore the mountain landscapes with the added advantage of an experienced guide. Parents and children will be able to enjoy nature together on an itinerary that's accessible to all. The trek is easy and suitable for everyone.

Keep up your exercise routine and improve your physical condition with muscle building and cardio classes. Focus on the core muscles with the exercises in the Core Training session. If you like to push your limits, especially in cardio, join the Circuit Training course.
