Reservation and access
How to reserve?

Purchase your exchange voucher when buying your Voyages Gendron package.

Provide your vehicle’s license plate number (mandatory for Québec).

A QR code will be sent to you by our team; it must be presented at your parking entrance and exit.
Upon arrival

If your license plate is recognized, the barrier will open automatically.

If the barrier does not lift, simply scan your QR code.

As a last resort, enter the 5-character access code shown beneath the QR code on your exchange voucher.
Cancellation policy
You can cancel free of charge up to 2 hours before the confirmed arrival time.
