Contest ”Martinique awaits you! Club Med Les Boucaniers”

ELIGIBILITY

Contest begins February 2nd 2026 and ends October 8, 2026 (11:59 p.m. EST). The draw will take place on October 9, 2026 (at 9 a.m. EST), at Voyages Gendron offices located at 1465 boul. Monseigneur-Langlois, Salaberry-de-Valleyfield. The winner will have 7 days to accept his prize, after which a new draw will be held to select another winner.

To enter and be eligible to win, participants must reside in Canada and be over 18 years of age. Employees of Voyages Gendron and those residing at the same address as such an employee, whether related or not, as well as members of their immediate family (brothers, sisters, children, father, mother), their legal or common-law spouse are not eligible.

To register, participants must complete the contest form at www.voyagesgendron.com/en/tours/contest/martinique-awaits-you/, read the procedures, enter their information and follow all steps until confirmation. By submitting an entry, participants irrevocably accept that their information will be transferred to Voyages Gendron. Entries are limited to one per person. Additional registrations will be disqualified. An individual may not use more than one e-mail address to register for the contest.

Limit of one entry per person for the entire duration of the Contest. Any person who enters or attempts to enter more than once or who uses a robotic, automatic, mechanical, electronic, or other unauthorized method of duplication under the terms of these rules will be considered to have attempted to falsify or manipulate the Contest, which will automatically result in disqualification.

No entries will be accepted after the deadline for any reason. Entries received after the deadline will be rejected.

Voyages Gendron does not guarantee in any way that the contest webpage will be accessible or functional without interruption during the contest period or that it will be free of errors.

By submitting an entry, you acknowledge that you have read the official Contest rules and agree to comply with them. Fields on the form marked with an asterisk or otherwise indicated as mandatory must be completed in order to participate in the Contest. Other information requested is useful, but not mandatory to participate in the Contest.

PRIZE

Only one (1) grand prize will be offered.

The winner will receive a trip for two (2) to Portugal, with a total value of $8,000 CDN.

• Two (2) round-trip economy-class airline tickets with Air Canada from Montreal’s Pierre Elliot Trudeau Airport (YUL) in Montreal to Fort-de-France (FDF) IN Martinique;
• Seven (7) nights’ all-inclusive accommodation at Club Med Les Boucaniers in a minimum-category room based on double occupancy;
• Three (3) buffet meals per person per day, and one (1) snack per person per day outside meal times, all on the Club Med site in question;
• Access to the Club Med open bar;
• Access to sports, activities, shows and entertainment offered free of charge by Club Med Da Balaia, subject to availability at the time of travel;
  Club Med membership fee of $60 / adult for winner and guest;
• Protection offered by the Compensation Fund for Customers of Travel Agents;
• Taxes

The trip price does not include, among others :

• Airport transfers ;
• Meals other than those mentioned, particularly during travel;
• Travel, health and/or cancellation insurance;
• Excursions, sports activities not offered free of charge by Club Med Da Balaia and personal purchases;
• À la carte wines, champagnes and spirits.

CONDITIONS OF USE

The winner and his/her guest accept and agree to comply with the following conditions of use:

• All reservations and travel arrangements must be made with Voyages Gendron by the winner, without exception.
• Travel dates are subject to flight and accommodation availability. Final travel dates and times will be determined by Club Med, which reserves the right to impose a date and destination based on availability. Reservations will be accepted based on availability exclusively for winners (and not based on regular sales availability) and can only be confirmed 90 days or less prior to departure. They cannot be combined with any other promotion.
• For the general terms and conditions of your Club Med vacation, please refer to pages 70 to 73 of the current Club Med Sales Canada Inc. brochure, available at the following address: https://www.calameo.com/read/004893508bf760f2d0690?authid=oQo3eiLBH2aC.
• The travel prize cannot be used after its expiration date, October 10, 2027. The trip must be completed in full by this date at the latest.

The travel prize cannot be used during the following periods:

• • between December 9, 2026, and January 10, 2027;
  • during Christmas week;
  • during New Year’s Day;
  • during President’s Week (week of February 15);
  • between February 22 and March 14, 2027;
  • between March 24 and March 31, 2027;
  • during Easter break;
  • between June 17 and September 6, 2027.
• The prize must be accepted as described in these rules and cannot, under any circumstances, be transferred in whole or in part to another person, substituted for another prize or exchanged for cash. If a portion of the prize is not used, in whole or in part, no monetary compensation will be awarded.
• Winner and guest must travel on the same itinerary, on the same dates, on the same flight, from the same originating airport to the same destination.
• This offer cannot be extended. In the event of cancellation for any reason, the trip cannot be postponed.
• In the event the winner refuses the travel prize, the latter cannot be converted into cash and will be considered cancelled.
• The travel prize is specific to the trip mentioned and cannot be exchanged for a trip to another destination or on another date.
• The room category cannot be changed under any circumstances.
• All costs and expenses other than those mentioned above will be borne by the winner and his/her guest, including, without limitation, transportation between the place of residence and the airport, activities at destination not included, meals and beverages not included, travel expenses, telephone calls, mobile telephone and data roaming charges, expenses of a personal nature and gratuities.
• It is the responsibility of the winner and his/her guest to know the conditions of entry, transit and exit of the destination visited and to obtain the necessary travel documents for entry, transit and exit of the destination concerned including, without limitation, any travel visa that may be required by the destination country and any vaccination passport if it becomes mandatory to take advantage of all the services included in the travel prize, and to ensure their validity for the entire duration of the trip. Without limiting the generality of the other provisions of these rules, no monetary compensation will be awarded in the event that the trip is prevented due to the failure of the winner and/or his/her guest to comply with the formalities applicable in Canada or in the destination country at the time of travel.
• The winner and his/her guest must have reached the age of majority in their province of residence to take advantage of the trip.
• Winner and guest are solely responsible for obtaining, at their own expense, personal, medical and travel insurance prior to departure, including, without limitation, medical coverage at destination.
• Except as provided in these rules and regulations, Voyages Gendron makes no warranty, express or implied, statutory or otherwise, with respect to the travel prize. In accordance with the conditions set forth and without limiting their scope, Voyages Gendron is not responsible in the event that the use of the travel prize is impossible due to an event of force majeure, including, without limitation, a pandemic.
• Voyages Gendron is not responsible for any event that could prevent or delay the trip and/or have an effect on accommodation reservations or any activities booked by the winner and his/her guest at destination.
• Winners waive any recourse if the services offered are not entirely satisfactory.

Photos and images used in advertising or promotional material (including, but not limited to, print advertising, electronic advertising and web banner ads) are provided for informational purposes only.

PRIZE CLAIM

The winner will be put in contact with Voyages Gendron to reserve his or her trip. Winner and guest must consent to receive communications from Voyages Gendron for booking and travel purposes.

The winner will be selected by random draw using an automated system. The winner’s name will be posted on the contest page. The winner will also be contacted by e-mail and asked to submit proof of Canadian residency. The winner must respond to the e-mail within 7 days of it being sent. If the winner does not respond within this period, he or she automatically forfeits the prize, in which case it will be awarded to another person.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By accepting a prize, each winner and each guest of the winner, if applicable, releases the Beneficiaries from any and all liability, obligation, claim, action, damage, demand, cause of action, suit, debt, duty, account, bond, agreement, guarantee, indemnity, fine, legal fees, contract or responsibility of any kind whatsoever arising out of or in connection with the acceptance and/or use of the prize, including, without limitation, any injury, illness, death or damage to or loss of property. Each winner and each guest of the winner, if any, acknowledges that upon award of the prize, the obligations associated with the prize become the responsibility of the suppliers of the services and products comprising the prize, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
