Keep up your exercise routine and improve your physical condition with muscle building and cardio classes. Focus on the core muscles with the exercises in the Core Training session. If you like to push your limits, especially in cardio, join the Circuit Training course.

Gentle ways to take care of yourself. In the morning, activate your body with a muscle wake-up session. Work your deep muscles with Pilates. To finish the day, find some calm with a little stretching.

Mini Club Med + adds new activities offering fun, cooperation and adventure. It's all go for: - Super pilot: a challenge where kids learn self-confidence, guided along a pathway with their eyes blindfolded - Let's roll! : where team spirit wins by moving balls and crossing the finishing line - Zen tales: time for a break! Children learn to relax, through a clever mix of stories and yoga poses. Ninja bootcamp, Nature detective, Hero's parade... and lots of other activities to be explored on site. These activities are designed for different age groups, fill the days and support children in discovering their strengths, with group games and fun for all.

Surfing for younger children begins with sessions on dry land to learn the basics of balancing on the board, positions and safety. The focus is very much on fun, gentle progression and safety.

Rugby is South Africa's principal sport, embodying the values of camaraderie and unity. Fun variants like tag rugby or flag rugby focus on agility, with touches instead of tackles, while beach rugby, played on sand, highlights endurance and creativity. The sport brings people together and inspires them on and off the pitch.
