Sparkling moments

A week in paradize

My wife and I spent a dreamy week in Club Med Seychelles. We had a great stay, enjoying the upgraded room with sea view, the amazing food all day long, the tasty cocktails, the sport activities, the entertainment and spectacular shows, the Zen area with the adult beach and pool, we really can't ask for more. Special thanks to Yarden from the reception team who took care of all our needs, to Celian the excellent sport instructor and to Sami and the entertainment team that made us happy all day long.

Great place

The location of the hotel is amazing. Our room,food,hotel amenities - everything was lovely. However we had a major issue prior to our arrival. Due to the Middle East crises we were obliged to change our flights and had to stay one additional night in the hotel. I contacted the hotel and asked for booking of one more night,after they sent the price offer which i confirmed promptly they started to ignore me. I had to email the hotel again and again, i called them but nothing happened. The day before our flight to Seychelles my additional night was still not booked, we couldnt finish our ETA for Seychelles etc. The issue was finally settled by the global Club Med team whom I asked for help as I was desperate. The price was higher than the price originally offered by the hotel.
