Arrival in Guatemala City.
- Check-in at your hotel in Zone 10 or Zone 9 (safe and central neighborhoods).

Early morning departure to Chichicastenango (market on Thursdays and Sundays).
In Chichicastenango:
- The largest Maya market in Central America

- Shamanic rituals and mystical atmosphere around Santo Tomás church
- Visit to the colorful cemetery, site of Maya ceremonies
Then road to Lake Atitlán (2h). Check-in at Panajachel, Santa Cruz or San Marcos.
Boat trip in a lancha (local boat).
- Santiago Atitlán: Tz’utujil culture, painters’ workshops
- San Juan La Laguna: textile cooperatives, natural dyes
- San Pedro: cafés, relaxed atmosphere, incredible view of the volcanoes
