Entry requirements for the United States:
It is your responsibility to obtain all the necessary documents according to your nationality (visa, entry fees, authorization form for a minor, etc.) before your departure.
As of October 1, 2022, a citizen who holds a non-Canadian passport must absolutely fill out an ESTA form online at least 72 hours before departure. https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov/esta
This form is mandatory to enter the United States and you will be automatically denied access to the United States if it is not duly completed and approved.
You must present your passport and required documents to your tour guide when boarding the bus, otherwise you will be denied access. No refund or recourse against Voyages Gendron will be possible.

AM:
- Departure according to your embarkation point.
- Customs formalities and stop for breakfast (at your expense).
- Arrival in New York late morning. Free lunch (at your expense).
PM:
- Ascent to the Top of the Rock (included) — the belvedere of Rockefeller Center offering an unparalleled view of Manhattan.
- Guided walking tour: Fifth Avenue, Grand Central Terminal, New York Public Library — Stephen A. Schwarzman Building, Macy’s (Herald Square), Times Square.
- Free dinner at Times Square (at your expense).
- Around 7:30 PM: meeting with the bus at the corner of 9th Avenue and 46th Street (Manhattan) for the return to the hotel.
- Arrival at the hotel in New Jersey and room check-in.

- Crossing on the Staten Island Ferry to admire the Statue of Liberty from the boat (Staten Island Ferry — departure from Whitehall Terminal). The ferry is free; it does not allow disembarkation on Liberty Island.
- Visit to Lower Manhattan: Battery Park, the World Trade Center site / 9/11 Memorial & Museum (often called “Ground Zero”), One World Trade Center, Trinity Church, Wall Street.
- Free dinner in Little Italy (Little Italy, area around Mulberry Street).

- Arrival near Times Square for New Year’s festivities.
- Free dinner. We advise you to book your restaurant in advance: most establishments around Times Square offer a very expensive fixed menu on New Year’s Eve.
- Practical suggestion: grocery stores located along 8th, 9th, and 10th Avenues south of Central Park (Midtown / Hell’s Kitchen neighborhood) for quick and less expensive options.
- Around 7 PM: first return to the hotel.
- Midnight: ball drop at Times Square.
- Around 1 AM: meeting with the bus on the west side for the second return to the hotel.

A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required at booking. The final payment must be made 45 days before the departure date and is non-refundable. For any booking made 45 days or less before the departure date, the full payment is required and will be non-refundable. Name change possible without fee if made 48 hours or more before departure.
