As the second largest ski area in Canada, Sun Peaks has so much to offer its visitors: three mountains, trails for skiers of every level, bowls, snow parks, abundant snowfall, impeccable trail grooming, short lift lines and, of course, a whole range of activities. Several times a week, Sun Peaks also provides you with the opportunity to enjoy a few runs and snap a photo of yourself with Olympic Champion Nancy Greene.
The vibe of the slopeside village is reminiscent of many European ski towns, making it the perfect place for a mid-day break. Then, when it’s time for some après-ski fun, you can gather at one of the bars for a happy hour drink, or two! And, given the wide range of dining options to choose from, chances are you’ll linger a little longer and enjoy a fabulous meal among friends (even if most hotel rooms in the area come equipped with a kitchenette).
Whether it’s for the skiing, the food, the accommodations or the activities, Sun Peaks always provides excellent value for the money. As an added bonus, Gendronski offers you a free orientation tour thanks to the services of its destination rep.
Both have been involved for more than thirty years with the public, one in community intervention and the other, as a speech therapist, Sylvie and Marc have accumulated some fifty trips to North and South America, Europe and the Caribbean. Already accompanying ski groups, Marc wanted to broaden his horizons and share his other passion, that of travel. Curious, enthusiastic and organized, they will be happy to share their discoveries with you. In collaboration with the Gendron Travel team, their primary goal is to make your trip as enjoyable as possible and to make your experience memorable. They hope to travel with you soon.
