These products are 100% non-refundable once the booking has been confirmed with a Gendronski agent or a purchase has been made online.
The Epic Coverage insurance is included with any Day-Pass and Epic Pass product purchase however it is limited to certain conditions. Claims made under this insurance may only be submitted by the passholder and are only payable to the passholder. I consent to the e-mail addresses below being relayed to Vail Resorts to create an Epic Profile, where a photograph of each pass holder will need to be uploaded and customer contact information will need to be shared for the completion of the customer profile. Whistler Blackcomb Day Passes do not qualify for Buddy tickets, Ski with a Friend tickets, or Epic Mountain Rewards. The pass is only valid for Whistler Blackcomb winter access (no summer access) and it does not include access to any other Epic partners or additional resorts.

You will receive an email from Vail Resorts to activate your customer profile. Please also check your spam folder.
Account Creation
Your account will be created via Voyages Gendron, with your authorization. Do not create a new account. You simply need to verify your account information, which will be sent to you via email by Vail Resort.
Payment Information
Your pass is already paid for through Voyages Gendron, so you do not need to enter a credit card.
Accessing Your Vail Resorts Account
Through the Vail Resorts email, simply access “My Account”: use your email to log in and, if needed, request a password reset.
Required Actions
Several actions are required on your account to access your ski passes. These actions will be indicated in a red banner within your account.
Once all actions are completed, the status “Approved” will appear next to the relevant profile.
Receiving Your Ski Passes
Two options: Physical or Electronic; it is not possible to have both.
If you verify your information via the My Epic app, you will receive an electronic pass in the app. Once on-site, you will have the option to have your laminated card printed, if you wish.
Otherwise, your ski passes will be mailed to you by Vail Resorts.
If you do not receive your passes by mail in time, you can always pick them up at the ticket office.
