  • PRIVATE TRANSFER: If you have booked a private door-to-door transfer, please refer to your voucher.
  • SHARED TRANSFER: For shared airport transfers to/from your destination (not door-to-door transfer to your accommodation): the bus will drop you off at the bus station or drop-off point indicated by our carrier. The route between this point and your accommodation must be covered by you, either by cab or by foot, depending on your destination.     For customers arriving at Geneva airport: a Transdev/Altibus counter is available on site.
    For customers arriving at Lyon airport: you can find your bus using the display panels indicating platforms and destinations ( just like for planes). On Saturdays, an agent is on hand to help you find your way (Transdev/Altibus).
