The ESF instructors accompany the youngest in their learning to ski year after year. From snowplough to first tricks, progress is always rewarded with iconic medals, from Piou-Piou to the Gold Star. The children are divided into groups of a similar level.

Here's a small selection of what's in store for teenagers guaranteed to break the routine, in addition to the winter sports on offer: -Games to foster group bonding -Twisted activities to rediscover them in unexpected ways -A festive after-ski to celebrate and enjoy together -Arts-and-crafts workshops to unleash their inner artist and let creativity soar -Latest dance trends to take centre stage, show off their skills and create unforgettable memories

Immerse yourself in the world of Yoga with this complete, varied and accessible practice designed by Heberson. Work on muscles, joint flexibility, breathing and concentration. The sequence of exercises, postures, moments of relaxation and meditation constitutes the basis of the courses.

Between teenagers, the adventure is within reach of a spatula. Everything is designed for their pleasure and their need for freedom in complete safety. Divided by level, the teens enjoy the joys and sensations of the mountain under the watchful eye of the instructor.

Learn to master your board, do a series of tricks, try a few jumps and make beautiful turns... snowboarding is more than just a sport, it's almost a way of life. Younger learners progress quickly under the supervision of specialist ESF instructors. In small groups by skill level, they learn, progress and quickly start to enjoy themselves. The aim? To become an "Izzy Rider"!

Sit back and enjoy the show: your children are about to take to the stage. Depending on the Resort, there might be dancing, singing, circus acts and more. Your little ones take centre stage, costumed and directed by their G.Os. When the crowd applauds, you can feel the pride in the room.

A course for every level of skill. From learning to ski to off-piste skiing, the instructor will give you technical advice and help you explore the ski area. You'll be in a group with a similar skill level, so you can enjoy the mountains and skiing to the full. Experienced skiers can try cross-country skiing as an introduction or full-on, for half a day, if snow conditions allow.

Looking for new boarding sensations? Snowboarding is both a sport and a way of life. Learn with ESF instructors who are specialists in the discipline, and make fast progress in small groups with the same skill level. Mix and match your activities depending on the weather conditions and the area. Freeride, freestyle, jumps, powder... you can snowboard in complete freedom.

The Resort pool is there for you to use all day long. Whether it's a place of calm solitude for a relaxing morning swim or ringing with laughter as you splash about with loved ones, there are so many ways to enjoy the pool.

The Team Rider teen programme allows skiers of class 3 and above to switch between different ways of skiing, gliding and learning different techniques. You can choose moguls, jumps, skiing at the edge of the slopes, slalom, skicross, routes through the forest and powder skiing. Equipped with the latest equipment, teenagers are also introduced to and learn awareness of mountain safety.

Snacks, pancake parties, baking workshops or picnics: these tasty activities* are a great way to savour time as a family. Treat yourself with your nearest and dearest. What's on the menu? Great food, of course, plus extra helpings of laughter, happiness and fun.

Puzzles, sports tournaments, treasure hunts, and skill and logic games.* Playing together brings you closer. Team up with your children and compete against other families. Enjoy time with your nearest and dearest.

Mini Club Med + adds new activities offering fun, cooperation and adventure. It's all go for: -Super pilot: a challenge where kids learn self-confidence, guided along a pathway with their eyes blindfolded -Igloo village : collaborative construction of an Igloo village to experience mountain life for the duration of the activity -Zen tales: time for a break! Children learn to relax, through a clever mix of stories and yoga poses. Yeti bootcamp, Nature detective, Hero's parade... and lots of other activities to be explored on site. These activities, designed for different age groups, support children in discovering their strengths, with group games and fun for all.

Register your children's details online: language spoken, parent's telephone number and so on. Then when they arrive, they can meet their G.Os and start having fun straight away! Everything is taken care of, so you can relax into your holidays.

Enjoy a unique experience. At the end of the day, strap on your snowshoes and set off with a guide on an easy, flat walk along a path in the heart of nature to the "world's end". Once there, you'll find a yurt, a traditional Mongolian steppe dwelling. With its wood stove and beautifully decorated authentic furniture, a warm, friendly welcome awaits. Enjoy a relaxing drink or hot beverage served with a platter of local charcuterie and cheeses. Afterwards, you'll head back to the Resort under a starry sky. Enjoy the silence of the mountains, with just the crunch of the snow beneath your feet.

Make this original Yoga experience a shared one. This family oriented course is a unique opportunity to get together. You learn to breathe, tone and relax along with your children.

The practice of Vibhava Yoga here is directly connected to the sun and the nature around. Let yourself be tempted by the workshop "Sleeping well at altitude".

Keep up your sports routine in a fully equipped gym. Areas dedicated to different activities: - cardio with treadmills, ellipticals, rowing machines and spin bikes. - muscle strengthening with dumbbells and a group of workout machines. - an area is dedicated to functional training with different structures to accommodate various workshops (punching bag,  endless rope, traction, etc.)

On a large screen, with catchy music, enjoy free fitness classes. During off-peak hours, the Yoga studio transforms into a virtual fitness room animated by the best instructors of Les Mill's.

Enjoy a special winter sport experience by booking private lessons with an ESF instructor. Your instructor will enable you to advance and perfect your technique at your own pace with private skiing/snowboarding lessons. Or take advantage of all the fun of winter sports in complete safety and explore the loveliest spots in the ski area with family or friends.

During your stay, swim your first lengths and learn good swimming techniques. Or dive back in and improve your stroke. Breaststroke, crawl, backstroke...master these classics to feel like a fish in water. Summer activity
