Keep up your exercise routine and improve your physical condition with muscle building and cardio classes. Focus on the core muscles with the exercises in the Core Training session. If you like to push your limits, especially in cardio, join the Circuit Training course.

There's no need to choose between waterskiing and wakeboarding - you can improve at both with us in a safe environment. The lesson has 3 parts: - explanation of safety information and equipment. - teaching and practice, tailored to your level: balance, tricks, techniques... - debriefing.

Prepare to be tempted by this new board sport. Beginners' classes in small groups are offered several times a week. One or two G.Os® will support you and teach you the basics of this new sport that you can quickly become proficient in. The equipment is lightweight, which is a real advantage when you're learning and in terms of autonomy.

This activity done in the ocean, close to the shore consists of a large surf board on which you balance and a paddel.

Enjoy this fun activity. This is not a supervised activity but tournaments can be organized during the week.

Your beach holiday is a wonderful time to discover this entertaining sport. Set the ball, play the net or smash to your heart's content. This beach sport is a guaranteed work-out in the sun. Go for it! It is a great opportunity to learn to make sand dives.
