Keep up your exercise routine and improve your physical condition with muscle building and cardio classes. Focus on the core muscles with the exercises in the Core Training session. If you like to push your limits, especially in cardio, join the Circuit Training course.

Gentle ways to take care of yourself. In the morning, activate your body with a muscle wake-up session. Work your deep muscles with Pilates. To finish the day, find some calm with a little stretching.

Mini Club Med + adds new activities offering fun, cooperation and adventure. It's all go for: - Super pilot: a challenge where kids learn self-confidence, guided along a pathway with their eyes blindfolded - Let's roll! : where team spirit wins by moving balls and crossing the finishing line - Zen tales: time for a break! Children learn to relax, through a clever mix of stories and yoga poses. Ninja bootcamp, Nature detective, Hero's parade... and lots of other activities to be explored on site. These activities are designed for different age groups, fill the days and support children in discovering their strengths, with group games and fun for all.

The natural resistance of the water makes this a great muscular and cardiovascular workout, to music. You don't even need to be able to swim to take part in this gentle aquagym, as you're never out of your depth, and the danger of doing any damage to muscles is reduced practically to zero.

This activity is done in the sea, close to the shore. The paddler stands on a large surfboard and paddles, the difficulty being to keep your balance (originally it was done lying on the board and using your arms like a surfer).

Ixtapa Island! Just bring your towel and suntan lotion and the day will surely turn into a pleasant adventure. It takes about 10 minutes from the beach in front of the hotel to the selected area of the so popular Island. Practice some snorkel at either of our two fantastic beach places where you can experience one of the best snorkeling of the Pacific area.

The release of baby turtles’ hatchlings to the ocean is unquestionably on of the most fascinating and enriching experiences you will ever experience. Get ready to release your turtle into the wild; liberate the rest of the nest and watch as they start their new life in the ocean!

The Mexican horses are not the biggest, but they are strong enough for the tour, plus we match the horse with the rider!

The sacred city of the lords of time ! Explored areas include what may be the largest Mesoamerican ball court, a one-hectare pyramidal base and a hill with petroglyphs. One unique aspect to the site is that its pyramids are constructed with river stone and adobe, not common in Mexican archeology. Do not expect the mayor pyramids because they are still underground! Truly a cultural experienced not to be missed!

The Club Med Spa opens its doors to children and teenagers. A selection of treatments to be enjoyed alone, with family or friends, is offered to help them discover the world of well-being.
