Keep up your exercise routine and improve your physical condition with muscle building and cardio classes. Focus on the core muscles with the exercises in the Core Training session. If you like to push your limits, especially in cardio, join the Circuit Training course.

Gentle ways to take care of yourself. In the morning, activate your body with a muscle wake-up session. Work your deep muscles with Pilates. To finish the day, find some calm with a little stretching.

Mini Club Med + adds new activities offering fun, cooperation and adventure. It's all go for: - Super pilot: a challenge where kids learn self-confidence, guided along a pathway with their eyes blindfolded - Let's roll! : where team spirit wins by moving balls and crossing the finishing line - Zen tales: time for a break! Children learn to relax, through a clever mix of stories and yoga poses. Ninja bootcamp, Nature detective, Hero's parade... and lots of other activities to be explored on site. These activities are designed for different age groups, fill the days and support children in discovering their strengths, with group games and fun for all.
