Introduction of Mandatory ETIAS Permit for Travels to Europe
Starting at the end of 2026, every Canadian traveler planning to visit Europe will be required to possess an ETIAS permit. This is the European Travel Information and Authorization System, implemented by the European Union.
For more information about this permit, you can visit the official website at the following address: https://travel-europe.europa.eu/etias_en.
Please note that this permit costs 7 euros per person, and the process can take up to 30 days for approval.
It is also mandatory to have a passport that remains valid for at least 3 months after your departure date from Europe. Without this, entry at the European border will be denied.

- Departure from Montreal towards Palma de Mallorca.

- Arrival in Palma de Mallorca and check-in at your accommodation.
- Free time to freshen up and rest according to your arrival time.
- Exploration of the Old Town (Casco Antiguo) with its charming alleys and lively squares.
- Visit to the Palma Cathedral (La Seu), a Gothic emblem overlooking the bay.
- Discovery of the Royal Palace of La Almudaina, former royal residence overlooking the waterfront.

- Departure for the visit of the Bellver Castle, a circular fortress offering an exceptional panoramic view of Palma and its bay.
- Free time to enjoy the beaches near Palma (e.g. Cala Major, Playa de Palma, Illetas) according to your wishes.
- Option for a boat excursion in the Bay of Palma to admire the coastline from the sea.
- Return to your accommodation in Palma and free evening.

- Route to Cap de Formentor, one of the island’s most spectacular viewpoints.

- Continuation to Deià, typical perched village with views of the sea and mountains.
- Route to Sóller, famous for its orange valley.
- Discovery of the town of Sóller and its port, Port de Sóller.
- Option to take the train or tramway connecting Sóller to its port (depending on your wishes and local schedules).
- Night in the Sóller region or in the heart of the Tramuntana.

- Departure via the spectacular road leading to Sa Calobra, renowned for its hairpin turns and mountain landscapes.
- Exploration of the Torrent de Pareis, a spectacular gorge opening onto a hidden beach between two cliffs.
- Free time to enjoy the unique setting of Sa Calobra (depending on weather and local conditions).
- Then drive to the southeast of the island to discover paradisiacal coves such as Caló des Moro, Cala s’Almunia, or the Cala d’Or region.
- Swimming, beach relaxation, or a stroll along the coastline according to your preferences.
- Check-in in southeast Mallorca or continue according to your arrangements.

- Drach Caves with their underground lake and the classical music concert included in the visit,
