Salt Lake City is located a mere 45 minutes from the resorts of Deer Valley and Park City. Close by, Sundance, a town recognized around the world for its famous Sundance Film Festival, and for skiing.  Acquisition of the Canyons sector by Vail Resorts resulted in the creation of Park City Resort—the largest ski area in the U.S., with a jaw-droping 334 runs. The majority of these are ideal for families and easily accessible to both beginner and intermediate skiers. Experts are also well-served by the Jupiter sector which provides a good, stiff challenge.

Neighbouring Deer Valley Resort is equally as swanky. It’s the optimal choice for those seeking luxury and tranquility (a limited number of lift tickets are sold each day) while also catering to the entire family.
